Un grand bol d’air!

Bâtiment ancien typique de la région, tout rénové avec goût! Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. La situation géographique est au top pour visiter la ville d’Evian et profiter de belles balades au bord du lac. En plus on a eu de la chance d’être aux premières loges pour le relais de la flamme olympique qui a eu lieu juste devant l’hôtel. C’était super!

Très bon séjour

L'emplacement était idéal, la chambre, moderne et bien aménagée offrait tout le confort nécessaire, le restaurant adjacent offrait une excellente nourriture, l'accueil était agréable. Le personnel, très jeune, cherchait à satisfaire le client. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus.

Sur le site, il y a la mention du parking dans les points forts. Cependant, celui-ci ne dépend pas de l'hôtel et est payant (16€ la journée). Le personnel, bien que charmant est formé de personnes très jeunes (plusieurs étaient stagiaires) et mal encadrées.

Excellent

Le style ancien est moderne les 2 très bien équilibré, La propreté de la chambre ainsi que les sanitaires. Le choix des produits pour le petit déjeuner... Tout était parfait. Nous comptons revenir en famille

L'hôtel n'a tjrs pas reçu les places de parking et nous avons du payer un peu plus que si cela aurait été les places approprié à l'hôtel

Le personnel, litterie très propre et l'établissement est facile à trouver, bon emplacement. Grande chambre spacieuse

Il faisait un petit peu froid lors de notre arrivée mais nous avons mis le chauffage donc problème réglé ! Une petite table et deux chaises seraient les bienvenus sur les balcons mais tout ne peut pas être parfait en dehors de ça tout s'est très bien passé agréable séjour !

Fantastic hotel and staff, lovely stay and perfect location!

My stay was exceptional! I would return to stay here again. The owner of the hotel and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, very large, and had everything I needed. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything and walkable. Fantastic views, and lovely restaurant.

I liked everything about this stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Location and easy to find. Fairly comfortable

Breakfast was extremely poor for the price charged. Wifi access was an odd set up and not easy to connect so did not use. Disturbed in the early hours by reception calling about access to hotel although we were already back and sleeping.

Thoroughly pleasant.

The location is ideal, a 9-minute walk from the train station. It is just at the corner of a pedestrian-commercial street. The owner said the hotel re-opened late last summer after being refurbished. The room I had was large, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely street-lake view. The window opens, but when it is closed, the room is very quiet.

There is an issue with the internet connection for some iPhones ( Apple security), but it appears to be an 'area' issue. It happened to me again in a nearby cafe. The owner is aware; he was very helpful, and he is looking for a solution. This applies to some UK, US and Swiss sim cards and iPhone holders. I used my UK service provide instead.

The reception staff was awkward, willing to do well but did not come across as hospitality trained. During breakfast, no one was checking that the breakfast was fully available with no missing items, we had missing food, lack of tea spoons, plates,...

Superb

Room was very comfy and quiet. Great location and close to the lake and many restaurants and shops.

The air/humidity filter in the bathroom was super dirty and loud.

in the daytime at the reception people are not always present

warm and clean

The front door is sticking and needs to be repaired, rather than requiring guests to get used to the fact that the door closes in an unusual way. There are no glass partitions in the shower room, so everything flows onto the floor and large puddles form. At the reception there is an old armchair that looks untidy. The owner of the hotel could use better treatment of the employees

Very proper, everything is renewed here! The hotel is in the city center, so close to the Swiss borders.

So proper, the mattresses are orthopedic.
