Brilliant

The breakfast had a great selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was able to leave bag there before check in. Location great.

Good hotel, thinking matters

Staff, room and breakfast were fine

We arrived at near 7pm. We had a cot in our room which was great but it was unusable as it had been placed next to an open window and it was 0⁰ outside so far too cold for a baby so the baby had to share a double with 2 adults

Just decent for its value but needs more

The location was good, quite near to the jubilee line so you could be to the city center quite easy. Also, it was a quiet neighborhood so you could easily sleep at night. The bed mattresses were comfortable and offered a good night sleep. The breakfast was decent, although it could have more options available.

The hotel facilities are really old and need a renovation. The bathroom was full of mold and no window was available, so after talking a bath the room was resembling a sauna room. Only one small window was available at the room, but it was not enough to let enough air in. The room for 3 people was extremely small with little space to move and you we kept moving like crabs inside. Finally, although there is a daily cleaning service, they do less than the basic. They never swept the floor, cleaned the bathroom a bit more carefully and did a sheet change on their own, and we had to explicitly request it twice on the 4th and 5th day of our stay. Fortunately, they changed the towels quite often

Excellent location for the O2!

The location was excellent, we were taking our daughter to a concert at the O2 arena, this hotel was only 1 tube stop away, perfectly located.

There was a smell in the room wet dog? Or smelly feet? As we were only staying one night we just coped with the smell, opening the windows and spraying perfume and body spray to mask it. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, was ok for a child but wouldn’t recommend using it for an adult. The breakfast was great, very busy when we went down at 9am, there were not many places to sit. The coffee was awful! Not to my taste at all, however, the orange juice was delicious.

Staff and location were good.

The hotel itself was extremely poor. £250 a night. The room absolutely stunk from the drains. Beds were uncomfortable. Shower wasn’t screwed into the wall properly.

Good stay spoilt by noisey fan.

Warm welcome. Nice breakfast. Very convenient for underground and O2 arena.

There was a fan noise all night which didn't go off even when we removed the electricity card. Mentioned to receptionist who just said the bathroom fans were a bit loud. But not sure it was that and even if it was, surely fans only run for a few minutes after the light is turned off. Meant a very poor night's sleep. So disappointing when everything else was fine.

Budget say with compromise.

Good clean comfortable room, friendly staff, easy check-in and out. Good breakfast. Good tube connection. Small bar area.

Quite a way from central attractions although close to Thames cable-car for O2 building; if the DLR was not running, it would be hard to get to; surrounding area was crammed horrid high-rise buildings and multiple lane roads, cycle paths etc so no views. No meals available apart from breakfast.

Ontbijt houdt te vroeg op (9.30), dat zie je ook aan het publiek dat grotendeels het laatste half uur komt. En ze ruimen echt stilletjes alles al weg na 9.30. Jammer dat er alleen electriciteit zit op het scheer-stopcontact als het licht in de badkamer aanstaat, voor Europeanen ook ideaal om je telefoon op te laden. Maar 's nachts ( te veel licht in de kamer) of als je wegbent kun je zo niet opladen.

Worst sleep and overpriced

Good location for O2

Room was shabby . Cracked tv screen . Lumpy bed . Bathroom fan was constant and loud that it could be heard over tv . No sleep through the night because of it . Check out is 11am but house keeping just let themselves in at at 10:15 am . Bad experience all round. Highly overpriced

Prima uitvalbasis voor een weekendje Londen

Prima hotel op een goed bereikbare plek. Goede verbinding met het vliegveld en met het centrum. Hotel was rustig. Nette service en goed ontbijt. Ruime keuze en alles voldoende beschikbaar. Aanrader is de cable car op loop afstand!

De badkamer is verouderd en kan wel een upgrade gebruiken. Opzich wel schoon op wat kleine schimmelrandjes na.

Super fint ophold og godt til prisen. Dejligt at morgenmad var inkluderet.

Det lå godt i forhold til metroen, og personalet var meget hjælpsomme og søde. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin til prisen. Der var rent.

Het receptie personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was ruim, maar ik vond de badkamer wat verouderd. Schimmel in de voegen. Het bed was erg smal voor twee personen. Er was een uitgebreid Engels ontbijt, maar voor personen die daar niet van houden was de keuze erg beperkt. Ik vond het ontbijt wat ongemakkelijk doordat er veel mensen in pyjama's rond liepen. Hotel was goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer en is gelegen in een nette nieuwe wijk.

The rooms were shabby, everything was very old, the bathroom was last renovated in 1941. Breakfast was very bad, the scrambled eggs were sour, there was no salami or fried egg. In short, very bad.

Would stay again!

Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed and very good black out curtains. Microwave and wooden forks in the communal area, allowing you to make your own food if you wish.

The rooms have been done up very nicely but the bathroom was a little bit shabby. Still very clean and functional though so wouldn't put me off staying again! The carpet in our room needed a good clean in some spots but everything else was very clean.

I definitely recommend this hotel for a city break in London!

The location is good, close to buses and Underground. Breakfast was nice, lots of choices to choose from. Rooms are big enough even for a family of four. Nice surprise for an early check out, we were offered some breakfast to go, really appreciate it!!
