This is a stunningly beautiful place, hotel is right in the vineyards. Despite the fact that the hotel is relatively new, they made an effort to style it like an old chateau, with well-thought-out details
The view from the room is onto neighboring buildings. You won’t be able to enjoy the vineyards.
The staff in the restaurant: it’s terrible. When we ordered dinner, we mentioned that we would order dessert later, the waiter rudely told us that we must do it immediately since the chef wouldn’t have time to prepare it later, even though the restaurant was only 30% full and it was just 7.30 pm. The waitstaff's uniforms were all stained, which is not the standard for a 5-star establishment.
The jacuzzi doesn’t work, as they informed us since last year.
The cost of the stay is greatly inflated

Dream location, facilities and the kindest most helpful staff. Proper relaxation in the most beautiful of settings!
Would have liked Caudalie products in the bedroom bathrooms, but none to be seen ☹️

Customer Service was exceptional. We had an issue with our first room and when presented with the issue the team - Lea in particular - made every effort to exceed our needs.
Perhaps more restaurant options

Such a beautiful property. The attention to detail and design was beyond what pictures could describe. Plan to return as soon as possible :)

Accommodation and setting
Having to check in at the restaurant rather than the accommodation - chaotic and neither seemed to know what the other was doing re charges and credit card deposits.
Restaurant was poorly .managed and nothing was done to quieten an unruly table who ruined the dining experience for anyone near them.

The pool was ok, and the nearby vinicultures were like promised…
Spiders in the room, overated restaurants

The beautiful surroundings, the chateau, the calm. it was magical
It can be enhanced with a personal touch more attention to small details (a welcoming note or sweet or gesture)

We stayed for 6 nights in Thill as a family of 3. My son is 4.
The properties themselves and the surrounding areas are stunning. The staff are all very helpful, we found the young gentleman in Thill particularly good.
The whole place is very understaffed which effects the overall level of service. As an example, there was one person looking after the pool area and taking drinks orders meaning towels were hard to come by and you were only offered one drink over the course of a few hours.
I felt pestered (called 3 times over a few days before arrival) to reserve more at the resort. I had already arranged to eat twice at the restaurant and booked a spa treatment. It felt like a hard sell.
The concierge service are fairly useless and couldn’t book any of the activities from the booklets they supply. Which begs the question as to why they are in there.
Most areas are poorly maintained with a lot of things broken (Tesla charger, tiles around the pool and numerous items in rooms)
Breakfast is really quite poor for the price. Very limited options and not very well stocked, it’s rarely replenished.
Overall the property is ok, but we wouldn’t stay again. it’s very overpriced for what it is.
local restaurants la ménage and la forge are far better to eat at.

The property was fantastic. Friendly staff throughout.
Room was beautiful and larger than expected. Rental bike availability was great.
All the restaurants and facilities at the main Chateau were fabulous.
Tour was great and informative.
Breakfast should be included in the price of the stay.
Very few food or drink options if you stay in the room at Le Thil. You need to travel to the main Chateau.
More garden furniture at Le Thil would be great

the location and the setting was beautiful. The service from checkin to checkout was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional and also there to help and sort things out. We also had two dogs and the château grounds and walks were very calm and relaxing for all us and the dogs loved it.
We will definitely be back!
Well done to the Management of the hotel a shinning example of great hospitality.

This property was exceptional - the facilities, location, and food were all world class. I would recommend anyone spending a few nights in Bordeaux consider this property.
When booking it is not clear that 11 of their rooms are in a separate building located a short drive from the main hotel. This meant shuttling via car or bike (uphill) to use the amenities like the pools. This was still quite nice, but if I had known I would have made sure to book the main building - if I ever go back, I would stay in the main building.

Christine was an attentive and welcoming host and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Her home is really lovely and the pool is excellent for a quick dip!

Large rooms in a beautiful property. We were staying at Thil which is a 3 min drive from the main property which was not opened at the time of our stay.
Concierge service isn’t very responsive. Breakfast spread was quite limited for hot food. There was only hard boiled eggs.

Great place! Fantastic environment and atmosphere! Swimming pool is excellent as well as the spa
Spa is separated from swimming pool area and can not benefit one another.
