Réactivité à mon arrivée tardive pour la récupération de la carte/clef
La situation géographique très positive à proximité de commerces et du CNFPT !

Bon emplacement, personnel sympathique

I reviewed this apart hotel about a year ago. Even though I got a different room this time, I noticed the following improvements ever since: 1) the wifi: stronger, faster, much more stable signal. Compared with last year, I had no trouble at all. 2) the large desk in front of the bed wasn’t there anymore, so the room was now more spacious, but this removal left no place to put things on, as there wasn’t any luggage racks, shelves or hooks.
I remember last year I had only one free room cleaning/towel replacement during my 9-night stay. This time (8-night stay) I had nothing. On two late evenings I got back to the room only to find out that there was no hot water, and since reception closes at 7 pm there was no one available to help.

The location was pretty okay and close to the metro.
Very dirty place and the bulding really would need a facelift.
Need to buy garbig bags and toilet paper by my self, its not includeed, also need to ask stuff where to throw garbic bags, they not inform that when checkin.
It smell smoke inside the building/room and in general a bad smell.
They should clean the room 1 time/week but they never came to clean.
Two soap pumps to the bathroom didnt work, I told the stuff and they said they will fix it but they never did.
Hot water in shower gets empty quickly.

what can I say about the property that is positive, ok so it was a self contained apartment a very small basic kitchen, good space bathroom!
ok so when I arrived was given a pin to get in , surprise it didn’t work, then once in the property was clean in the hallways and the apartment was clean but please don’t expect British standards on equipment etc. the place is very noisy people coming and going at all hours , the first night stay was woken by a extremity loud bang , on leaving the apartment the next morning walked into a puddle outside my apartment to be told a boiler in the floors above had burst no remedy given, just continue to wade through it ! the apartment needs a fair bit of diy to bring it up to scratch, but we are in France so these are the standards to expect .

The hotel is very conveniently placed right next to a metro station - L'eglise de pantin, and so was better value than more central accommodation but just a short tube ride into the city. The room was fine for our needs as we were mostly out sight seeing all day.
Arriving when reception was shut and supposed to pick up key cards from a box on the wall. The keycard that was issued didn't work. We did eventually get issued an emergency keycard but this was a little tricky as the person on the phone spoke no English and my French is basic - anyone with no French would have been stuck.
The toilet did not work on our arrival and it being the weekend, was not fixed until two days later.

The kitchenette was well equipped, the wifi-signal in my room was not strong enough but it is ok, the heating system was excellent, the space of the studio was great, the staff are extremely nice and helpful, especially the front office team and the housekeeping. The location of the hotel was few steps from a metro station and bus station, next to the hotel you find plenty of Halal restaurants &butchery, a lot of supermarkets, a Western Union and lots of ATMs. I stayed from 1/3 till 16/3/2022, i faced a problem with my shower drainage the first day, immediately i was offered a new room by the front office manager who was extremely helpful. i do recommend the hotel if you are looking for a price-value and good hospitality options.

You should provide free of charge breakfast for all your customers as a bonus.
It was too expensive.

The only good thing was the stuff, but even so I was lucky to meet one of them on the stairs because the reception is more closed than opened and the kiosk for self check-in does not work in order to get your own key or duplicate one in case of errors. My mistake was that I did not read the reviews before picking this place. The metro station is just downstairs, and the canal is also very close. There are shops near by and pharmacies in case of any emergencies.
That in 5 days, the room was not cleaned, towels and sheets not changed, no toilet paper supply, I had to buy by myself. The drains are smelly, and the room has a constant smell of toilet, plus the first day I had a visit from a baby cockroach.

Close to the metro, supermarkets and a good bakery nearby.
Bad smells from the bathroom and kitchen, no hot water in the evenings, almost no light in the room, no isolation..

Location. Asked for a room that would better meet my expectations and was provided one. Better, but still below the expectations. Nice manager and nice staff.
The Room was in disgracefull situation. Electric plugs were ripped out from the walls. The Room was almost 100% broken and dirty. The second room was better, but still not so great. The continental breakfast was not continental at all. It was very small and with low offer, did not worth the value per money.

Given Paris prices, it was good value - a small but well formed and equipped bedroom with studio kitchen and ensuite. Fridge and kettle worked, bed worked, shower worked - and an opening window, important these days. Metro station about 40 metres outside the door and a Velib rack 5 metres, and easy canal cycle ride into Central Paris 200 metres away. It's not a "5 stat" institution - but you're not paying 5 star rates! Read the details clearly and there will be no surprises - I felt it was very good value for money, and fitted the bill for what I needed very well. Thank you!
Corridor flooring dated and tatty - door code entry scary as an idea BUT worked fine. Bit noisy at times but I was on lowest floor.

It was impossible to get the key to our room without the help of someone in Pantin, as the reception closed at 19-00 and our flight didn’t arrive until later.. Also that person had to pay the full amount for us instead of the hotel using my bank card. When we checked out, we were unable to leave our luggage in a baggage room as again reception was closed.
