Welcome to Villa Sonrisa, our luxurious vacation home located right in the middle of all the Central Florida magic. Our home is just 2 miles from Walt Disney World property in the 24 hour guard-gated resort community of Windsor Hills. This is the premier vacation home destination in the Orlando area, featuring resort amenities such as a private movie theater, exercise center, lagoon-style zero-entry pool, water park with water slides, fountains, tennis courts, basketball, a putting green, volleyball and children's playgrounds (main clubhouse/community pool is 4 tenths of a mile or 8 minute walk away from our home).
The floor plan of this particular home offers privacy for each of the 5 bedrooms as they all have their own full bath -- three are king master suites, one is a queen bedroom and there's also an adorable twin/twin room for the kids. Every bedroom features it's own flat screen HDTV. Everyone will enjoy the open living area with a big 75" HDTV that is Chromecast and Apple Airplay enabled so you can stream all your favorites from Netflix, HBO, YouTube, and more (note: your own subscription services are required). DVD Players are also at the home.
The fully screened private pool and spa area features a sunny Southwestern exposure. Our shaded outdoor entertainment area, with upgraded dining furniture, twin overhead fans, and a propane BBQ grill (complimentary), makes for the perfect place to lounge or dine. The saltwater pool is much gentler on your skin, eyes, and swimwear than a typical chlorine-based pool. There's a spill-over spa for soaking in after a long day at the parks and, of course, our signature water basketball game that the whole family will enjoy.
The real fun begins in Villa Sonrisa's air conditioned and fully finished game room featuring: pool table with 9 ball and snooker balls, pinball, bubble hockey, 60-in-1 stand-up video game machine, electronic darts, big screen TV, desktop computer, and a comfortable lounger with pub table. Our home is connected to Blue Stream Fiber internet with up to 500Mbps multipoint WiFi service throughout so everyone can work/game/stream to their heart's content.

I can not recommend this property enough. Stunning villa, modern furnishings, beautiful heated pool which gets the sun all day. The teens loved the playroom. Our stay was wonderful. Everything we needed for a week's vacation was available, and the house was clean and comfortable. Our children loved the pool and the cool game room! The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. The owner was always prompt and responsive. We highly recommend booking your stay at this fabulous property!

The property was as advertised. The space for everyone to spread out was perfect. The biggest issue was checking in. We waited in line for 90 minutes only be told to come back and check in later. We had to go back three additional times to get our car registered.
Also, the grill almost created a fire when we started it. It had alot of grease in the bottom.
Overall, we would stay at this property again.

This was the first time all of my adult children, spouses and grandchild stayed in the same house together. It worked out great! Plenty of space for all of us. Spent a lot of time in the pool and on the covered patio. The game room was a hit during the evenings and rainy days. Location was great, easy to get to about anything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Sonrisa. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had. The location was really convenient to all the parks. We also took a trip to Kennedy Space Center and the drive was very easy. We used a stroller from the house for our trips to the parks. The “Toddler Closet” in the house had a few strollers to pick from. That was really nice. We had a great time using the pool. My kids didn’t even want to check out the main pool/water park because they enjoyed the pool at the house so much. Overall a good rental. I would recommend it.

The home is beautiful and the location is perfect! The pool and hot tub were wonderful to have for a relaxing day away from the parks! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. I am not sure who loved the game room more, my husband or four year old grandson. The amenities of the community are fantastic as well! Juli is quick to respond and easy to work with! Highly recommend this rental! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Fantastic house approximately 20 minutes to Disney and 40 minutes to Universal Studios. The house is very well maintained, comfortable and as described and shown in the pictures online. Communication with and information supplied by the owner was excellent

Florida vacation! The community was quiet, making it a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and resolve a pool maintenance issue. House was spacious and provided much privacy for our housemates. Highly recommend - definitely worth the price!

Terrific open floor plan. The kids and the adults loved the well equipped game room. The weather was too cold to use the pool or spa but they both looked very inviting and well cared for. If we were coming back to the area I would definitely rent this house again.

This house was perfect for my family. We had 8 adults and a 2 year old and we had plenty of room to be together and yet have our own space. My adult kids and granddaughter enjoyed the game room and the pool. The house is very comfortable. It is close to Disney, shopping, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Less than 15 minutes from the house to being parked at the Disney parks. 25 minutes to Universal. Would love to stay here on our next trip. Perfect size for 1-2 families.

Absolutely loved the stay here other than the final weekend when the neighbours to the left partied all night on the Friday and Saturday. Loud music and shouting both nights for the whole night left us with little sleep. Finally got some quiet time on the Sunday night. I understand that it had nothing to do with our villa and was just one of those things.

The home is absolutely gorgeous! Ten members of my family stayed there and having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was awesome, especially with 5 girls 😊The house was very clean.
Family also loved the game room there was entertainment for everyone.

Juli one of the owners was truly accommodating with any issue or concerns.
She was very pleasant and accessible.

Overall, very nice property. Perfect amount of space for our family (7 adults / 2 kids). Enjoyed the club house and the play grounds near by. Only real complaint I have is about other people renting homes near by. Apparently the adults neighboring us got into a fight and were screaming / cussing at eachother. And a one time thing is forgivable but, this lasted all day, all night and at 7am the next morning. Made it very difficult to enjoy being on the back patio / pool - especially with the kids. They left the next day (Sunday) when I had decided I was going to call the Sheriff about them (which the property owner provided contact info to report people). That was really the only negative experience I had while staying at this property. I would still recommend staying at the Villa Sonrisa.

My family including a 13 and 19 year old absolutely loved this home. The pictures do not do it justice. The house was spotless and there is so much space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the pool, hot tub and game room were great for rest days. There is so much to do there we never made it to the community pool and clubhouse which looked great when we walked through on our way out after our stay. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!

The was a perfect house and location for a Disney trip. We had nine in total including my three and five year old kids. The house location and amenities were perfect for us for a weeklong trip. The stroller was great to have so we didn’t have to bring ours. The kids love the community water park. The pool in the back of the house was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Juli was a great host and communicator. The house is close to the parks, restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks, etc. We will be back!

Overall, I would stay at this property again. It had everything we needed for our little vacation. Close to grocery stores, Disney, shopping and restaurants. The property was had everything for cooking, sleeping, extra towels, just like at home. The pool safety fence was a pain but I understood it being a liability issue. Other than that, the property was great for our needs (7 people) and we had plenty of space. The convenient store inside the gates of the property was a plus. Uber to and from the Disney parks and restaurants served us well. Delivery services (pizza, food)were used with ease. No issues. We would stay again.

Very nice property. Close to Disney mileage wise but traffic makes the trip to the parks 20 plus minutes. Parking is limited and a real hassle if you have more than two vehicles. We would rent again if going to Disney parks.

6 adults and 2 kids seems like a lot of people to make happy when going on a group trip. The Villa Sonrisa met everyone’s expectations and more. It was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their trip. The pool and game room were fantastic and kept the kids entertained. The local area had plenty of restaurants and we were no farther than 10 minutes from any Disney Park. Fabulous stay and will definitely be booking again.

The house was very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The owners were very accommodating and provided many extras (all necessary cooking supplies, grill, coffee pots, towels, etc.) so all we needed to buy were groceries. The pool, spa and game room were a big hit for the whole family. The house was very close to the playground, which was fantastic for our 4 year old. Even on our rainy day, they had a large amount of board games and puzzles to keep us busy. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider for a future stay.

Villa Sonrisa provided the perfect place for our entire family to recharge after long days at Disney. Our kids loved the pool and game room, the grandparents loved the ample space to rest up, and my husband and I enjoyed grilling and cooking in a kitchen stocked with all the appliances and tools needed. Juli was ultra-responsive from beginning to end and we are just so thankful for a clean and comfortable space to have called home over the holidays.
