This beautiful villa is located less than 5 miles from Disney in the gated resort community of Windsor Hills (the closest pool home community to Disney). Your vacation rental includes access to all of Windsor Hills' amenities free of charge. This includes the community pool and water park which is a short 5 minute walk away.
Enjoy all of the beautiful Florida sun with a south facing pool and spa. When you return from your day at the parks, enjoy your own "fireworks" show in the pool. The custom pool surface features Cinderella's Castle with fireworks climbing up the pool wall. Your kids will never want to get out.
Speaking of the pool, it has a premium saltwater system. Stop swimming in over chlorinated pools that burn your eyes. Saltwater systems use a computer and electrolysis to control pool hygiene. Most vacation home pools are visited by a pool guy once a week that dumps tons of chlorine into the pool so that it lasts until he returns the next week. Those pools smell of chlorine and burn your eyes. A saltwater system is like swimming in saline. The water has a soft and silky feel. Saltwater systems are also better for your skin and hair because the chlorine level is properly controlled. Once you swim in a saltwater pool, you'll never want to rent a non-saltwater pool again.
Since the house is perfectly south facing, the covered lanai offers excellent shade all-day for those who need a little reprieve from the sun's rays. The lanai ceiling fan creates a cool breeze when needed. The pool is set surrounded by hedges creating some relative privacy. There is also a security fence for safety (rolled out of the way for pictures).
The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast nook provides a nice spot for quick meals before heading to the parks. Counter top appliances include a Keurig machine in addition to the normal coffee pot, kettle, toaster and blender.
Just past the kitchen is a dining room with seating for eight. A highchair is available for younger guests. We also provide a pack-n-play and strollers that may be taken to the parks.
Connected to the dining room is the living room and 65 inch Smart TV. Feel free to use your Netflix or Disney+ account to watch movies and television shows.
The downstairs features three bedrooms. The two master suites are closest to the pool with doorways off of the living room. These suites feature king beds, TVs, dual sink bathrooms, walk in closets, water closet and tiled showers.
The third downstairs bedroom is a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom and bathroom with a king size bed. The bathroom has two doors and serves as the primary bathroom for the downstairs living area. The bedroom has a nice size closet and TV.
The two upstairs bedrooms are the inspiration behind the Princesses Assemble name. These rooms feature a Princess and Marvel theme. We hope your kids will enjoy having twin beds, TV and a fun décor.
Finally, no Florida home would be complete without a game room. The Toy Story themed, air-conditioned room includes a foosball, air hockey and pool tables. There is also a washer and dryer for doing any laundry during your stay.
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property has a Ring doorbell device and exterior security cameras facing the front outdoor entry, driveway and sides of the home. The cameras DO NOT look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed.

July 2020: Pool converted to a saltwater system, master bedrooms repainted (new furniture ordered and arriving in October).
August 2020: Game room re-themed to Toy Story. Replaced the ceiling fans in game room. Painted kids bathrooms to incorporate theme from bedrooms.
October 2020: New furniture installed in master bedrooms. Both have USB ports for charging electronics. The gray set has built in wireless qi charging spots and LEDs in headboard. Master bathrooms repainted and new artwork installed. Entryway redecorated with new artwork, table and bench. Ring doorbell and outside cameras added for safety.
November 2020: New lighting installed in kitchen and dining room. Auto dusk to dawn switch added to outside lights.
January 2022: New whole house AC units for upstairs and downstairs
June 2022: Air conditioning added to game room.
January 2023: Replaced dining room furniture, Mickey bedroom furniture, Princesses dresser & nightstand and Marvel dresser & nightstand.
September 2023: Added Hidden Mickey game to house.

The property was as described and when required the property manager was quick to respond to communication. He was also pro active in identifying needs such as providing a drying rack for clothing. The family particularly enjoyed use of the pool and other facilities at the villa. We have stayed at Windsor Hills on a number of occasions which is kept immaculate and secure with its location ideal for Disney.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious and comfortable house that was located minutes from all the Disney parks and a 20-30 min drive to Universal. It was also located close to several stores and restaurants. The children loved their themed Avengers and Princess rooms, all the bedrooms were comfy and spacious and it helped our group get ready to hit the parks in the morning by having our own bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make coffee or a quick breakfast and we all enjoyed relaxing in both the private pool and hot tub adjacent to the house -- and in the larger community pool, where the kids frolicked in the splash park and enjoyed the big slides. The nearby arcade was also useful when the occasional storm rolled in. We will definitely be back!

Chris is a top tier host who kept an open line of communication and followed up to make sure our stay was going well. My family and I took our first Disney trip and stayed ay this house and it was so perfect! We have 4 kids ranging from 25-16 and a grandson that is 7 months. This house was absolutely perfect for us. We all had our own bedroom/bathroom and the game room was the best part of the house! The game room is why I even booked the house knowing that the kids would love it. The backyard/pool area was a great way to come back from the parks and just chill and hangout. I cannot express enough how amazing this house is/was and how easy it was to communicate with the owner, not to mention it was SO clean! The neighborhood it's in is beautiful and there is so much to do/eat/shop around the area. We will be back!

My family loved the pool and hot tub and my 6 yr old great grandson had so much fun finding the hidden Mickey's. The property manager was very easy to work with and was very helpful. This property has great space and great location. However, many basic items we needed to go out and purchase which was inconvenient. The listing on the website states shampoo, body wash, and basic toiletries are included so we did not pack any. I emailed Chris about it, and he said his listing does not mention these to be included. I looked at his website again, and they were listed on every rental. He provides one trash bag, so we had to buy more trash bags. He asks for you to start laundry before you leave, but does not provide laundry detergent. We were given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and then we had to go out and buy some which seemed odd there wasn’t just an extra roll or two. We were doing many Walmart trips for all the things that are usually included in a rental stay. Check out was 10am, but the guidebook asks if you can leave the property before 10am. There was no coffee grounds or basic items like salt & pepper. The showers had black mold in them and they really need a deep cleaning. The shower heads are very old. The lamps in some of the bedrooms did not work. The location of the rental was great, but missing all the basic items and overall condition of the home needs work.

All 12 of us had a wonderful time from adults to our 3 infants plus the busy toddlers! Plenty of room and space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were amazing even with the cool temps. We were able to enjoy the playgrounds and waterpark, too. Chris was always quick to respond to all our inquiries.

Our family had a wonderful time at the house. Everything was clean, the pool was awesome and enjoyed by everyone. We especially liked the convenience and privacy of the five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Great themes in the upstairs bedrooms for the kids. The game room which was once a garage was a special treat. The washer and dryer certainly made life easy as did the close proximity to the attractions. We cannot thank Chris enough for the “hidden Mickey’s”. The extra effort was greatly appreciated by our grandchildren. They would not rest until they found all of them! They ran around with a tablet to count how many were in each room. They found all 45 hidden Mickeys in under an hour. Nice job!

This property was a 10 out of 10. Five adults and five kids from 2 yrs old to 12 yrs old. Everything was clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were amazing. The community center pool waterpark and activity center were amazing as well. We will be back for sure!

We stayed at the house for the national volleyball tournament and it was great. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Chris is great to work with. The house was very clean and there was a bathroom by all 5 bedrooms which is very awesome! We would definitely book again. Windsor Hills is very nice with the Waterpark and quiet neighborhood. We also loved the bushes around the outside of the pool for privacy.

I was so pleased with every part of our vacation rental from the very beginning through the end of our stay. The home was very clean, lots of rooms/space for my husband, I and our four children, along with my sister-in-law, het husband and their three children. The game room was a hit for the kids, along with the pool area! The bedrooms were so spacious and comfortable. It was a very welcoming area within the gated community. We felt safe, comfortable and loved the location! We are definitely coming back to stay! Thank you for having us!
