Gerne wieder

Schon älteres Haus aber top gepflegt und instand gehalten. Super aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Team. Zimmer sind groß, leider noch keine lärmschützenden Fenster, es liegen Ohrstöpsel bereit für den der sie braucht. Öffentliche Haltestelle gleich gegenüber, schöne Mall 5 Minuten Spaziergang entfernt. Abendessen im Haus war ziemlich hochpreisig aber appetitlich und schmackhaft.

من أفضل الفنادق التي سكنت فيها في رحلتي إلى اندونيسيا.. موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً ويعتبر في وسط جاكرتا وقريب من كل المرافق السياحية والتسوق. كل شيء كان مثالياً (الفريق في الاستقبال يستقبلك بكل حفاوة وكأنك الضيف الوحيد لديهم، العاملين في المرافق كانو في غاية التعاون واللطف) زيارة ستتكرر قريباً بإذن الله.

First of all, arriving at the premises with proper security checks ensures you feel safe right away. The staff’s welcome when you enter the hotel is very friendly and smooth. The check-in process is quick and seamless; in my case, Miss Dilla did a wonderful job, and one of her colleagues even offered me a welcome drink while I waited. Since I arrived much earlier than expected, they kindly brought me to the lounge and offered complimentary coffee and water while I waited for my room to be ready. I must say, this has been one of the best welcoming experiences I’ve ever had. Most importantly, the rooms are exactly as shown on booking.com—spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with great interior decor. Mandarin Oriental has also chosen a very strategic location for the hotel, making it convenient for guests. It’s close to major malls, a police station, and many other essential places, which greatly enhances the overall experience. A special thanks to the staff at the Lyon restaurant and Cinnamon. I can't remember all the names, but my gratitude extends to the entire team and to the general manager of the hotel, Mr. Andrew Abram! Additionally, the hotel’s gym and spa are fantastic, offering a well-equipped fitness area and a serene spa experience. Whether you're working out or relaxing, both facilities are top-notch and truly enhance the overall stay.

Amazing Stay – Will Definitely Return!

I had an incredible time during my stay! Yola, Manri, Dilla, Muhammed, and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The service was top-notch, and the hospitality made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was just what I needed. I'll definitely be coming back for another stay soon. Highly recommended!

The Mandarin Oriental is the only place one should stay in Jakarta - location & service are perfect

We were staying at the MO in a City View Tower Suite which meant we were facing the main central monument and roundabout outside the hotel which is the best view to have. The Suite itself was very large and luxuriously furnished as one would expect at the MO. The rooms were spotless, cleaned twice a day including turn down service. Breakfast in the hotel is an occasion with a huge selection of buffet and made to order dishes - I was there for 5 nights and ate different each morning. I highly recommend checking out the restaurants and bar in the hotel. We tried each of them and all deliver wonderful food. The Pool area is very relaxing after a hard day in the city however I would also praise the location of this hotel because you have incredible transport, shopping and food options right outside the hotel in the various Malls and establishments across the roads.

No negative comments or aspects to note.

Un llit per 4 persones

L’allotjament és molt cèntric però no esta ben aïllat acústicament. Si que et posen taps per les orelles a la tauleta de nit, però no és suficient. El caos i el soroll de la ciutat és tant, que no et permet descansar bé. L’anunci de booking posava que et recollien a l’aeroport, però no va ser així. Vam haver de contractar un taxi. La reserva estava feta per 4 persones dos adults i dos nenes de 6 i 8 anys i quan vam arribar allà ens van oferir un llit gran per dormir tots 4. Un desastre!! L’opció de contractar llits supletòris es disparava una barbaritat! Abans de contractar aquest hotel recomano que llegiu molt bé perquè la publicitat que en fan és molt enganyosa. No sé si es culpa de booking o de l’hotel però nosaltres ens hem sentit molt enganyats.

The seats in the annex area of Cinnamon restaurant. They already look old and not so comfortable. The back support of the sofas were pracitcally non-existent since it was 90-degrees.

There are 4 employees who are very Thoughtful Sanjaya who is in breakfast area who n notice me the WiFi not goes smoothly he come to help 👍 Front desk lady Monica help to find message lady when she realize I have to leave at 12:00 and the spa is full booked till 13:00 The 21 floor Karen is also very sweet she help me to cut the passion fruit and kiwi in pieces Andres door man he is kind to notice when I leave and stand out side wait for my driver he is very thoughtful to ask The employee trained very well

It is very noisy outside and I can’t sleep till early morning because of motorcycle

Excellent staff and service

Everything! From the staff at reception ( Ochi) to Yula and Niki at the restaurant, everyone was awesome. Ochi made sure we were taken care of very well until our room was ready. Customer care and service are just exceptional, and you can see that the staff are happy doing what they do, and they are trained well. We are a fan and will visit again for sure.

There was nothing to not like. We just had a little issue in our room with one of the ceiling lights, and we had to sleep with it on the whole night. The reception staff did offer to come and have a look but it was really late at night and we didn't want to be disturbed. But other than that we had a great stay.

einfach nur gut. Personal 5 Sterne auf jeden Fall.

Ich war schon öfters da immer wieder gut,Frühstück ,Lage Personal alle super.

Hmm tja finden kann mann immer irgendetwas,wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür ich glaube es war die Nummer 802/803 die Zimmer waren klasse grösse usw toll ,das einzigste was nicht gut war muss ich sagen waren die Gardienen. Also ehrlich das sollte doch jemand sehen sie waren dreckig und Löcher drinn das passt nicht zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Aber ich bin mir sicher sie fiden eine Lösung dafür. Ich werde aber auf jendenfall wieder kommen .

تجربة موفقة وإقامة طيبة في فندق مندرين

كل شيء ممتاز الاستقبال و النظافة و سرعة اجراءات الدخول . طاقم العمل رائعون الودية والابتسامة وحسن التعامل . الاستجابة السريعة للطلبات في كل شيء . نقدر للفندق لطف استجابتهم فقد زرنا الفندق قبل السكن بيومين وطلبنا مشاهدة الغرف واستجابوا بكل هدوء . وأيضاً وافقوا على تخزين الأمتعة عندهم قبل تاريخ الدخول . التواصل بالإيميل بعد إنجاز الطلبات هذه سابقة لم أجدها في تجاربي في الفنادق أبداً. فندق ممتاز ننصح به بقوة . لن أتردد في السكن فيه مرة أخرى .

صحيح الفندق قديم لكن النظافة ورائحة المكان وطاقم العمل كل ذلك يجعل المكان مريح ولطيف .

WoW WoW WoW What an absolutely fabulous EXCEPTIONAL experience staying at Mandarin. I’m a Big FAN of MOJKT. Everything was EXCEPTIONAL Billy from front desk showed us the property and the views from the room are spectacularly “Monumental”. They have thought of everything and provide exceptional personalised service. Randy at the fitness center is professional and eager to help. Spa and massages are awesome. Concierge Aditya and team are knowledgeable. Breakfast is exceptional ably led by Bayu. Room decorated by Salvina, Tami and Ochi is exceptional. The list goes on and on…

That I could not fault it :)

I love the vacation experience that I wanted to stay longer in Jakarta when I leave for the airport.

The staff are very very sweet, caring and considerate. They made me feel at home. They have show their caring beyond my expectation from any hotel staff in other places I stayed before. Thank you Kelly, Oki, Neha, Rama, Ryan, Dewi, Ika- you are the best. Thank you to the very kind and caring manager of the breakfast in the hotel. Oki escort us to walk to the mall during his break time when we were too scared to cross the streets. I was very touched.

The toilet seat is a bit high and cold (not sure it was on purpose to cool down for the hot weather).
