Location. The staff was very friendly over the phone and they upgraded me to a double bed bedroom.
The bathroom is a bit old, the shower head and shower door don’t work properly. Water took a long time to heat up, it was a waste of water.

2 things that bothered me a lot: 1) Sometimes the maid service would be skipped. I had to go out an buy soap and shampoo. 2) The clogged sinks were disgusting. 3) There are 3 elevators, but only one seem to work. 4) Good luck trying to call the front-desk or for that matter call another room in the hotel. I had to go down to the front-desk every time I needed something. 5) There was a power outage for several hours on July 4th. My aunt who is 87 years old had to utilize the stairway. Then, when I asked as a favor for a late check-out (3pm instead on noon), I was charged a fee. They should have comped us for that request. For two days my aunt's room was not clean. Mine too. So, these little things bother me, I am sorry to say. The rooms were not very clean. Some of the staff was nice, but some of them were rude. The one who I asked to comp me the late check-out for my aunt on July 5th almost through me out of the hotel. The location is good though. Also the price is good. Again, some of the staff is friendly, some of them are not.
Please see above. But: 1) Rooms should be better cleaned, 2) Get the elevators working, 3) Your phones should get repaired. You can't call the front-desk from the room. Put a note in the room in how to call another room or the front-desk.

The location is great, close to downtown, inside a shopping.
TV was not working, AC was too noisy. Water was barely warm.

The room was very spacious and the shower had a good water pressure. The room was clean and the tv had access to a wide range of movie channels. There was a minibar, which is good if you want to buy a few things and keep it refrigerated, specially in the summer. The mattress was very soft, which is ok for someone who likes it, but I prefer one that´s firmer - same with the pillows.
On the other hand, the shower had a curtain instead of a "shower box", which is very disappointing as the pictures of the room show otherwise. Also, the AC is extremely noisy, which is terrible if you´re a light sleeper. The room was for non-smokers, but it clearly had the smell of a room used by smokers. We stayed for one night and all the time we had to use the elevator we couldn´t because it was having technical problems, so we had to go up and down with our suitcases by the stairs (a family even got trapped in it and had to wait for the technician to help them out of there). To top it all off, the breakfeast was very poor - firstly, the coffee was tepid, the staff took a long time to clean the tables and replenish the cutlery and food, and there was no toaster to be used by the guests, so if you wanted to eat a toast, you would have to be happy with only a sandwich. There was no parking lot available, but you could park in a nearby parking for half the price if you were staying at the hotel. I wouldn´t come back there, because you can find a finer place for a similar price in a much nicer area of the city.

location was great
the shower didn’t drain properly so the shower stall kept filling with water - we had to take very fast showers or the water would overflow and get the bathroom wet - we told the staff immediately but it was never resolved (though the front desk ppl were very friendly, nothing was ever done)

The location, staff and the big clean room
The location where the breakfast is served is too Cold and not heating so makes uncomfortable and unpleasant to eat in there. Even the butter is hard and bread hard and dry due for the Cold 🥶. Also is not a Ramp for people in wheelchair or to use a hands car to bring the luggages inside the Hotel lobby so u must to carry on everything in the many stairs steps from outside!!!
