Ótimo hotel

Excelente hotel, quarto espaçoso, atendimento ótimo.

Infelizmente o quarto que estávamos era em um andar onde há morador e este morador fumava o dia todo, o que acabava entrando o cheiro em nosso quarto.

Muy lindo, a descansar con ganas!

La gente de recepcion es genial. Te atienden de maravilla y sacan todas las dudas, lo mismo la gente de limpieza. Las habitaciones estan cuidadas, aunque ya pasaron un poco de moda, la calidad es indiscutible. Un descanso asegurado.

El area de piscina y restaurante esta un poco abandonado. El personal de cocina no pone mucho de si. Se ha roto una chapa del techo de la pisicna y no la han vuelto a instalar. Se nota que no se invierte en mantenimiento.

Very good

It has a beautiful view from the top floor where the pool and breakfast area are. Spacious room.

It wasn't that clean - the sofa in the bedroom had bread crumbles in it and the toilet seat had stains.

cheap and central place to stay.

We ended up extending our stay for an additional 2 nights. Breakfast was fresh, small but enough. unfortunately, the pool looked a little dirty so we could not take advantage of it. the views from the top floor were great. The room had separate living and bedrooms, great to have those spaces especially with kids. supermarket was two doors down and lots of local restaurants close by.

a little run down in the rooms but I assume they are upgrading rooms as there was work happening during the day while we were there.

Great value

They were very accommodating to a pet stay. Super friendly staff. Smooth check in and out. Nice size one bedroom apt with great AC .

The breakfast needs more variety and they need an extra seating area for when the hotel is full. parking lot info should be dressed as it’s behind the building but once inside you can go straight to the lobby/room form there.

Rooms are rather studios. Good breakfast.

The personnel speaks only Portugese. Rooms are not clean enough. No shampoo. The infrastructure in the room is simply old to exchange.

it used to be better.

Location is excellent.

- When we arrived the room floor was a little dirty. - An inside door got stuck and the receptionist was rude when I try to communicate.

Relaxing stay with nice view and fresh air in the proximity of the city center.

Very spacious rooms with balcony and very nice staff. Good lobby area.

The swimming pool was under a closed glass roof even in high temperatures, so it was too hot and stuffy to swim.

Good location, without preservation and conservation of the rooms.

The location and the staff.

The bedrooms were old, the towels were threadbare, the floor was warped. Also, I asked for extra pillows and they didn't bring them. An hour later I had to ask again.
