Inaccettabile il rapporto qualità prezzo. L’hotel non è neppure un 4 stelle. Dalla hall alla stanza alla tempestività degli interventi (un bidet è rimasto non funzionante per 3 giorni). Tutto pessimo

La celebración lo merecería.

La localización del hotel. Está en pleno barrio de las letras y la situación es inmejorable. A su alrededor existen todas las opciones que alguien puede desear.

Estaban de obras en la iglesia de enfrente y esto provocaba ruido. A la hora de hacer el check-in online tratamos de cambiar de habitación y fue imposible. Y al llegar al hotel y plantearles lo mismo dijeron que las obras no nos molestarían. Y si lo hicieron. Por otro lado, ¿para que hacemos el check-in previo por la web para llegar al hotel y repetir el proceso?

Junior Suite with sofa

I stayed for 5 days in a Junior Suites (45 sm), the suites are either split level (Duplex), or on a single floor level with curved ceilings. I had the single floor level suite with sofa. The bathroom had rain shower without bathtub. The windows were distinctive of curved “black steel” French windows, with white wooden doors functioning like curtains (shut the door to enjoy privacy). My suite was on the 1st floor and with a close view of the street. The room was classic and grand. I really liked the electric towel drying rack, with temperature control mounted on the wall which functions from 7 pm - 10 am for any quick washes. Overall, great stay. Quiet hotel. SEE photos

Bathroom size is relatively smaller to the overall room size.

Hôtel très bien placé, entre le Palais Royal et le jardin botanique, restaurants et quartiers animés à deux pas, n’hésitez pas.

Mitigée…je n’y retournerai certainement pas

Hôtel bien situé à 15 mn de Gran Via et du Prado. Literie très confortable. Chambre spacieuse avec mini bar, cafetière nespresso et bouilloire

Impossible de changer la température de la chambre. Le sèche serviette ne fonctionnait pas. Le restaurant est assez triste. Malgré la présence de plusieurs bouteilles de Cava pour accueillir les voyageurs, on ne m’a rien proposé. La salle de sport est plus que basique dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. On ne m’a pas demandé comment c’était passé mon séjour lors du checkout.

No tan bien como esperaba.

La ubicación

Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación la primera noche porque era fría y ruidosa. La segunda habitación era interior. Mejor sensación térmica pero estaba contigua a un edificio donde había un bar con música en vivo por la noche. Tuvimos concierto viernes y sábado por la noche hasta las 23,30 horas. Y otra cosa rara es que la habitación tenía pocos muebles, por ejemplo no había escritorio.

Two nights not enough but this location helped with packing in a lot as great location.

Perfect location, lovely room with little balcony. Cafe outside to sit and have a beer in the evening and a lovely simple breakfast of coffee and tostada. Easy walk to all the sights as very centrally located.

Great clean and modern hotel for the value with amazing location

1- Location 2- breakfast restaurant 3- entrance lobby with stone domes 4- room size and layout was great 5- full size windows to the street was a pleasant element 6- attention to little details such as cell phone changing sockets, multiple power outlet, full Ht mirror

1- Design of corridors not matching the historical appearance of hotel 2- corridors are stone which makes it noisy when people use it 3- washroom is missing storage for towels; small coffee table is not effective

Excellent staff but mad management not listening to customers requests

Asked for double bed, and ended up with 2 singles- which was uncomfortable. Pointed out my partner was vegan on booking when Asked for any special requirements, on arrival rang down and pointed only dairy long life milk, to which they sent up a pot of hot soya milk! Told them just need cold soya milk and so they then sent up a jug of cold soya milk for which they charged us 2 euros 90. I just think a guest should not be penalised for their diatary requirements, and why are we asked to state requests before arrival if hotel does not act.

Management did not listen to requests before arrival. I blame the management for this as the actual staff we met were excellent. Why ask for requests if do not act

Good central location

Air conditioning in room was set centrally by hotel rather than individually by room. This was quickly addressed by staff and room temperature adjusted to suit.

Perfect city centre hotel that ticks all the boxes!

Staff so friendly AND accommodating - didn't like initial room and they changed for better room at no charge. Breakfast great. Location great. Beds comfortable. Actually, there was nothing I didn't like (after the room switch!)

I'm very critical but I couldn't think of anything negative - sorry!

it’s was ok, but I wouldn’t say 5 star.

we like the room and they have good room service

We didn’t like that we booked one suite and got there and were placed in another smaller cave looking room. we could hear the street noise from our room. The breakfast wasn’t as great as other 5 star restaurant. We asked for the omelette and the egg was still raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. not many choices for kids
