Perfect breakfast, exactly what was required. Loved the salads and choices of cheeses. Coffee and tea good. Lovely staff.
Could have had a toaster.

Staff is friendly.
The soap dispenser did not work and I had to use soap from a drinking cup.
Also I wanted to take a shower in the morning. When I started the water, it came brown-yellow. Pretty disgusting. Needless to say, I did not shower and went to my meeting unshowered.

great for students taking the final medical exam

Staff was unpleasant and unprofessional, unbelievably poor and unpleasant experience that nearly left me in tears. Go elsewhere if you can.

The breakfast is great, the location is the best if can be- level 0 near the entrance to the mall of the hospital.
Not yhe most clean shower- needs some good treatment with a bleach.

Nothing
The worst hotel i was ever darty and broken bed
3.6
very close to the hospital
room badly cleaned, no hand soap, trouble with locking and unlocking door, reception not always manned, information such as meal times available only by finding an employee and asking, blackout curtain not on all the windows….
3.6
nothing
We booked the hotel for a two day get away in the Judean hills. the pictures show a quiet view from the winds or balcony overlooking the Judean hills. the reality is that the hotel is a part of a large hospital complex. when we checked in there were people with hospital bands checking in. there is nothing around the hotel except for the large hospital complex

inside the hospital, nice rooms and great breakfast
no so clean, missing pillows and blankets

Perfect location for Hadassah Hospital.
3.6
The location was the main reason I chose this hotel. I liked that it had a shopping center very close to it.
The room was not clean at all. The fridge didn't work and nobody seemed to care. There was a water leak, after asking for help, they came and wiped the water and didn't care to take care of the problem. The bed is very uncomfortable sleeping more than one night is not recommended. Above all didn't even get the minimum attention from the staff.
3.6
they cared that i have a test and prepared the environment accordingly
not so clean
breakfast is not good

Breakfast is okay
3.6
it is located inside the hospital so it was perfect for us as we needed to stay close.
the breakfast was pretty good and diverse.
overall, for a hotel located inside a hospital it was pretty good
the staff was ok. not to friendly but not bad.
the bed setting was bad and not so comfortable (pillows, blankets and the way they set the bed).
3.6
The location was very convenient to Hadassah Hospital.
Air conditioning was turned off while sleeping. The light also was controlled from the desk.
