The location of the hotel is great is you want to explore the old town of Jerusalem. The main street with all the shopping and restaurants is also nearby.
The whole experience is quite mediocre at best.
First of all, I specifically requested 2 rooms with king's beds. The hotel confirmed my request and even sent me a confirmation email. On arrival one room was with single king's bed and the other one was with twin queens' which were very uncomfortable. The sheets had holes in them. I mean how is that normal!?
Next, the food is strictly kosher. No meat, no continental breakfast. I did not expect this at all. And the minibar instead is just an empty fridge. And there is no room service.
The room itself needs repairs and its already past overdue. All the plinth is dirty and broken. Same goes for the furniture. The shower does not have a door so all the water is all over the place once you are done. The WiFi is like 100-150 kbit/s at best so forget about Netflix and all. We asked for 2 wine glasses and the receptionists sent us to the restaurant to fetch them by ourselves...
I mean almost every our interaction with the hotel was just a disappointment. A pity really. And the hotel has solid ratings everywhere which is a mystery to me.

Best breakfast ever, nice staff during the service. You really can find and eat whatever you want. Receptionists are helpful but not always on the top. I ordered a taxi in the morning which finally arrived after waiting 30 mins and asked the receptionist three times to call the driver about the status. But they do their best.
Even it is called "Boutique" Hotel it is not. It is quite a big/medium size hotel with long corridors expect many same doors on your right and left. The rooms are quite noisy due to tiny walls. The interioir design is a bit old fashioned, too much dark brown colors everywhere. Lightings shall be replaced in the common areas at least. Overall: much different from what I expected based on the photos.

The breakfast was amazing, lot of choices for everyone.
The only thing was that the bath don't have a door and then water were all over the bathroom.

Location
Breakfast was fair. Needed more fresh fruits.
Fire alarm went off at 11pm Dec 24. There was NO staff to be found anywhere. All guests were standing outside in the cold with no information or direction. The fire department came and was very upset there was no staff on sight. We were told there would be some kind of compensation for the inconvenience - but nothing.
Further, we had reserved 3 room and there was a welcome gift left for us by family in Jerusalem. We were not told of this gift when we checked in. We asked upon leaving and it was found sitting in the storage room! This was very disappointing.

I enjoyed the luxury of a balcony and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety.
Lobby staff were a little rude and impatient but pleasant enough to speak with overall. Just found I was ignored a little by the concierge while asking questions at the front desk.

location, breakfast and staff!
place is falling apart and is lacking basic maintenance and management... also no pool or spa.

Nice location
The STAFF… THEY HAVE TO REFUND SOME MONEY BUT THEY ARE JUST IGNORING MY MESSAGES UNTIL NOW. There were so many miscommunication. I couldn’t believe that how these things were happened at 5 stars hotel. Very disappointed. I’ve been to a lot of hotels, and this hotel has the worst responsibility.
3.5
They have added me taxes which was not required, as I am not a citizen and show them the evidence they have charged me additional money
4.5
clean, great location, helpful staff
Easter Buffett lacked much food that would appeal to US citizens.
