Nice and tidy apartment, the only complaint would be the bathroom doir handle was a bit loose, just needs a tighten up.

Handy location and spacious apartment

Great stay in a perfect location with excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Our flight into Cairns was delayed and they had us all sorted for getting into our apartment seamlessly, even though it was almost midnight. We had a cruise to the Great Barrier Reef booked on the day we checked out and they kindly stored all our luggage so we wouldn’t have to leave it in the car all day. Beds were comfy, extra blankets provided. Lots of space for our family of four. Great location with secured parking available.

A bit of disappointment

Enough room for a family

Well, where to start... Smell in the apartment, could be from curtains or aircon, not sure. Apartment facing the bus stop, you have the sound of idle diesel every time the bus stops there. There's a washing machine but no dryer, there is a dishwasher that isn't working, the mattresses are so stiff so you can feel the springs. Some little ants are making beeline in the bathroom...

If you needed to be really close to the hospital then this would be a good place to stay.

It was difficult to get into the apartment we’d booked. After several phone calls, we eventually got hold of the property manager who said we should have had an email…. We hadn’t received the email. Anyway, someone staying at the apartments was able to help us in the end. The units are very close to the Cairns ernergency department and it was incredibly noisy.

There is a very safety and quiet place to stay. Easy to access to the beach or the restaurants by walk. The facilities are the best. If you want to cook instead of eating outside.

A great place to start a holiday in Cairns. Have 2 adult-ish children, was close to airport and we arrived quite late

Staff. Pool. Gr8 meals 2 mins walk to the cock and bull restaurant. With options of other places for food and drink.

Just that little bit outside of city centre. Didn't bother me. 20 minute walk.

The room was very clean, we had on site secured parking which was very easy access

The room definitely wasn't as advertised, it was a lot more old and the amenities weren't as described. Worst part was the taps were leaky! Lots of water waste!!

We had a nice stay as a group and close to each other’s appartments

the pool was great and the property is close to the beach

the single beds were comfy but they could have been a bit bigger.

Spacious 2 bedroom option opposite hospital, handy for airport

Our 2 bedroom suite overlooked the road/hospital so it wasn't serene or romantic. Didn't bother me as my son and I were just just there for a night to be handy for the airport. Some other rooms overlook the garden/pool which would be nicer for a holiday or couples thing. Suite had good kitchen equipment/washing machine etc that we didn't use but would be great for longer stays. Handy for walks on the esplanade. Undercover off street parking was good.

Expensive for one night.. but it is a 2 bedroom well equipped suite so not outrageous. Had to prompt managers to get the gate code before we arrived.
