Stunning view of Taal Lake and Volcano.
Overall very clean and nice facilities.
The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating - Fahad looked after us at concierge.
We really enjoyed the weekend BBQ on the terrace and dinner at Taza.
The pool was not temperature controlled, and slightly chilly (might have been due to the rainy season, and they weren’t expecting many guests to use it).
Would also suggest adding some additional safety rails on the terrace.

Room-dusty under the bed. dusty beside the lamp base.
Room location-We had one wheel chair bound person in my group and was extremely inconvenienced when there was only one lift in one of the building of which was a pretty long bldg.
PWD accessibility.
Lack of food choices in the lounge - pastries would be great

Peaceful! Has access towards Skyranch which is good. Food and ambiance is good as well (too bad it’s too foggy during our stay, can’t see things clearly via View Deck)
None.

we had the suite overlooking the lake and volcano , the staff made the place enjoyable especially Cristalle at reception who kept in contact with us the entire stay, she is a gem and a credit to the hotel.
staffing outside for drinks could've been open or available more, it was a bit cold some of the late afternoons/ early evenings however we would've loved to sit by and gaze at the view instead of being inside the lovely lobby bar. The restaurant near the small golf green was a bit expensive for what it offered and they need to know what a real carbonara consists of :) Loved breakfast but would've liked more fruit options

beautiful property. you could not get a better view of the lake.
our room was quite far from the main building, and there were stairs. also, they happened to be painting the building , and the smell was very strong. the breakfast buffet was good except for the baked goods that were less than fresh, a disappointment in a hotel of this caliber.

not a lot tbh
had so much expectations here being tagaytay’s prime hotel but in reality its a bit run down now and the rooms are a bit plain, duvets where thinner than usual, so huge but not a lot to do, ridiculously expensive food and drinks and honestly lost its charm. the pool was ages away from the lake wing and even the pool wasnt really inviting. i think the hotel needs an overhaul, it felt like a conference center than a hotel. i didnt like the singers coming to each table for breakfast and you were kind if obliged to give a tip. i just wanted a peaceful breakfast. staff on the other hand was great.

great location and beautiful surroundings
no hot water in the room even though I complained for 3 days, had to take showers in cold weather with cold water

The view of Taal was breathtaking and the location itself was very convinient to other tourist spot. All staff were very helpful and cheerful.
Some of the sofas has visible stained and the glass in the suite has visible lipstick stained.

Good location with good view of the lake. included. breakfast was not good. so we went to the hotel restaurant and paid for something decent.
The hotel is old and tired. The room was damp, with mold in the bedroom and bathroom. Everything was dirty. There were dead squatted flies on the walls, and mould on the furniture and aircon. We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms, so did not expect the best views, but the view was off a hillside with some not very attractive properties on it, hardly a vista.
