Bon emplacement (proche de la gare), décoration comme "chez mes grands-parents".

Breakfast good. Location in centre of town
hot without air-con.

Big, plain hotel, but, well situated. The owner was unreceptive! I felt like an imposition. He seemed miserable. The room is quite small. Dated and disorganised. Self decorated I’d say; cheaply. But, bed was good. Shower room is quite big with a good sized cubicle with a good shower. Three towels. Shower gel sachets and a small bar of soap. Hairdryer, tv and heating. It was clean and warm and quiet. It was OK.
The owner. Two flights of stairs to bedroom. WIFI rubbish. Incredibly creaky floor. I didn’t care; I was doing the creaking! One towel on the radiator looked dirty; I didn’t use it. Water took a while to heat up; but, did. No bar. No restaurant. A round bar table with two high stools in the room; why?

It’s a nice hotel, the service (only in French) is nice and kind. The room was clean and basic, spadeful. But the bed (while it’s older people adapted) it’s two single beds placed together so you might be trapped in the middle.
Also the way they put the blankets you Can’t cover yourself entirely.
It’s well located, cheapest in the area (while not cheap) and walking distance to everything.
Breakfast it’s good, so it does worth it to pay a bit extra for it.
Space of the middle of the double bed
Blanket to the chest

Clean sheets
No shutters at the windows. Street lights outside, lighting the room up. Tired and very dated decor, not in a fun kitsch way.
Bedding clean.
Receptionist did not know what a vegan is.
