Sejurul a reușit! Mulțumim gazdei!
Ne-a plăcut ospitalitatea gazdei.

Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind not having air conditioning. Hosts are extremely friendly and helpful.
Property was very clean and plenty of room. Towels and bedding all fresh and plenty. All essentials provided. Lovely quiet area, away from Noise of hotels and restaurants, but still within easy walking distance to local beach and shops /restaurants. Beautiful rocky beach with clear water and short walk, albeit down some steep steps and another beach a further 7 mins walk away. Golden sands beach which is very crowded but has all the attractions is king 7 min drive away. Property has a beautiful outdoor area with bbq, seating and garden swing, trampoline and sandpit, nice and shaded and great for the kids.
No air conditioning, however fans provided and plenty of windows and doors for ventilation.

Villas Sequoia are like a home away from home
The hosts are exceptionally friendly, very welcoming and warm people, they live right next door so they are always available for inquiries, for advice about places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The house was very clean, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your vacation. The kitchen has everything you need in case you're the kind of guest who likes to cook for themselves. We stayed at the house together with our family, including our 2 year old son. The playground that they built in the garden is one of the best treats for the little ones. My son could never get enough of playing in the garden. Even when we would call him over to go to the beach he still wanted to be on the playground. The villa with 3 rooms has a barbeque area outside by the garden, this is perfect for when you want to keep your evenings low key, enjoy a nice bbq with the family and have a few drinks. The villa is very close to Riviera beach, but also walking distance to the other nearby beaches. The Golden Sands beach is a quick 5 minute drive away, in case you want to try it out, to us, the beaches nearby were much more appealing, way less crowded and more convenient for our stay. Cabacum beach is where we spent most of our days. There are shops nearby, a few minutes walking distance from the villa, where you can buy everything you need for your stay. If you're the kind of guest that likes to cook for themselves, there are specialty butcher shops about 30 minutes away, in Varna. And if you're less pretentious, then you have quite a few Lidl supermarkets nearby where you can purchase your groceries. We loved the fruits and vegetables we bought from the local merchants that we met on our way to and from the beaches. We even ordered pizza one evening from a restaurant nearby, it's about 3km away from the St Konstantin and Helena Monastery, called Restaurant Fratelli, it was just perfect.
Mosquitos, so many mosquitos. But this is nothing that the hosts are at fault with, since it's natural for them to show up around the seaside. For guests: make sure and purchase some Raid tablets, or plug-in dispensers to keep the mosquitos out of the house, and also some anti-mosquito/insects lotion for when you want to spend your evenings outside by the garden. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with a mosquito net set-up in the balcony door, but they have other ways of getting in the house so extra protection is needed.

An unexpectedly amazing first holiday in Bulgaria!
At the property everything was amazing. Starting with the hosts, very nice, helpful and full of life people. Emyl made our holyday more relaxing that we thought it will be. Thank you, Emyl, for everything, once again! We felt like home and we enjoyed being there. Stayed in the double bedroom apartment, in fact a 2 separate bedrooms and one kitchen at the first floor, with very comfortable and large beds and very spacious ad clean bathrooms (each bed has its own bathroom). The kitchen was very well equipped and clean. For little kids, there is a very well maintained playground, so useful when the parents want some time for themselves :). Last but not least, the garden....from where we enjoyed tasty and healthy tomatoes and peppers; not to mention the home made brandy (rachiu) which was delicious. I look forward to seeing you again, guys!
It was not so hot during our stay and we did not experienced a problem with that, but an air conditioning into bedrooms could be a recommendation. Not related to the property itself, is the location (like all the buildings in the area) on a hill. It was not a problem for us having a car and used it every morning to go to the beach (Cabacum), due to our 2 little kids. I do not know the walking distance to the beach, but by car it took us 4-5 minutes. And the last important thing, the location does not appear on waze or google, but when you will be in the neighborhood just make a call to Emyl and he will help you right away. Thank you and all the best, Stoyan!
