Good hotel for your leisure trip

The room is spacious. The staffs are polite and helpful. The facility is quite good

The taste of food is above average but for that level of hotel, there is a room for improvement.

One of the worst hotel experiences

1. Bathrooms were rundown with no ventilations. The handheld shower head wasn’t working properly and the toilet flush in another room wasn’t working properly. 2. Carpet was too dirty to recognise its original patterns. 3. The air conditioner was too cold! When it was turned off the room had a foul smell. 4. Our rooms were dark with limited views. 5. The service was very slow, sometimes we had to wait over an hour for a service to be delivered. 6. Laundry service messed up our “express order” on the last night, so we had to wait until midday the next day to check out.

the location,staff very acomodating

reno is going on, resulted in limited room for breakfast. there were also event when we were there in particular next to the pool, bit less privacy for the guest as the result, hope this can be improved once the reno completed

Despite the location in the heart of Bandung, it was surprisingly quiet

Jazz live music is in the closed room and no smoking area. This is much better if it played in open cafe style with smoking area

Super Value for Money

it is very much value for money.

During the stay, the renovation was in progress. The room smelled of paint. But they switched me to another room immediately.

This was my third timing staying at the Papandayan. always a pleasure to be here.

the room was spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast had a wide variety and was superb. location was also great.

I wish the gym had more equipments and newer ones

Wonderful time and wonderful hotel

I love the room ambience, how neat and clean looking it was. There was a bath tub that has a window facing the bedroom and the TV, with a curtain as well of course and wide shower as well. You also got complementary snacks inside the room, sofa with foot rest and table for work. My stay was on the 5th floor so they alsp provided the lounge and diner in there as well. The room style were also modern and fancy looking. So my wife and I loved it. Oh the fact they prepared a long pillow (bantal guling) made it perfect

Staff were very welcoming and provided for all my needs. Some of the staff went way beyond.

Room was spacious although no veiw of any landscape.

Room was in direct line of a mosque which made sleeping past 0430 in the morning difficult.

It was a very nice stay in Bandung.

room was very clean and wide. breakfast was very good and meet deferent taste. The duty manager BURHAN was generous and help full , he spent long time with me doing some booking because of language difficulties. THANKA ALOT Mr BURHAN.

Enjoyable stay

Convenient location on a relatively quiet street, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, nice garden to have a small walk, lovely horse ride for the kids

Sometimes the way to the pool via restaurant was closed. It was inconvenient to go around to get to the pool.

A lovely hotel

Classic hotel . Lovely grounds. Clean rooms. Excellent, friendly, helpful service across all departments. As the hotel is quite old, continued maintenance to ensure everything runs /functions properly will make it one of Bandung's iconic hotels

Plumbing needs work.

A wonderful moment of staycation with family

The spacious room; breakfast variety and taste; hospitality from all crues; the location and the ambience

The rooms do not have a soundproof wall...the traffic loud decrease our comfort...though, all was going so well

they shows included breakfast then they did not include also dinner type they transfer another restaurant when one restaurant was full but later on on they take other guest also they did not give any promotions

Old Indonesian "five star" (was it ever?)

Nice pool and little tropical forest. Not much around but 10 minutes away to the center. Old yet still in good condition.

Dark room with small window that cannot be opened. Many breakfast choices but of rather poor quality.

I will definitely come back again and again

I liked it all,the amazing hotel itself presents itself perfectly,the building was built on 1990 but looks brand new,great job management 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻,I’m so impressed,the cleanliness is flawless,the staff is professional and polite,food is extraordinary,the back garden is like paradise,big WOW
