Very good

Its location that is near to the train station.

The bathroom has no soap dispenser/rack. I should put the soap on the floor.

Never stay in this Hotel again.

Breakfast and personal.

Toilet was not clean. We booked 3 rooms, the whole beds have spots and the bed covers didn't look like they had been changed.

Great Place to Stay while in Bandung

There were plenty of options for breakfast (children and adults). The location is good and walking distance from different places of interests in Bandung.

As I quite often came to Bandung, this hotel was among the best.

Friendly and respectful staff. Good foods. Nice and attractive decorations. Clean. Very beautiful and privacy environment. Not too expensive.

Water heater and drinks not located in suitable place in the room. Lighting switch not available.

Big rooms, Comfy Bed

The Beginning with check in went smooth. The Rooms are big, the furniture old but ok, bed was comfy. Bathroom needs a clean up with the molding in shower and around Toilet. Very noisy because near by trainstation. Breakfast was ok but the staff not really pay attention to their guests. No friendly welcome in the morning, Not asking for coffee or Tea. Area very crowded, most food were empty. Good Hospitality looks much different. The Hotel Bar is Smoking Area

it was a lovely hotel to look at but really tired inside

the entrance

the food was cold every time we ordered it the food took over an hour to be delivered the toilet seat was broken the sheets were grey the pillows were lumpy

STAY AWAY FROM ROOM 4057!! Aircon is problem! Many complaints but never been improved/repair

+ Close to train station + Variety of Breakfast menu suit for my family style. + Nice and Warm Staff + Low rate

Facilities is old Room Aircon is Problem (Not Cool) at Room 4017 (please reject if they give you this room) its already at others guest Complaint at booking.com but seems no improvement. Hotel Staff (Mas Lutfi-Front Office) do everthing to fix the condition at that nite. But the problem is room itself and the hotel is full at that nite. So we have to keep stay with uncomfortable room AC. Attached capture of other review at booking.com and pic of the repair work (no succes). When Check Out,Mr Lutfi offer free transport to Train Station using hotel vehicle to show his apologies on behalf management. Nice simple things but become big thing to customer. Come back again? Maybe i will try other accommodation at BDG.🙏🙏

It's next to the train station and on a walking distance from Braga street. Friendly staff.

The bathroom really needs a renovation. The breakfast is for 95% asian, with mainly meat dishes. As a vegetarian there are almost no other options then white rice and egg.

Very good

The location was my main reason to stay here. Though the hotel is quite old, the condition is still nice. I also appreciate the hospitality. All the staff are nice.

We only stay for 1 night so not much to tell, overall we quite satisfied

The ambience.. the Hotel has a comfort lobby in its floors

The water flow in the wastafel, last time we had a problem but when we reported the staff (Engineering responded and fixed it)
