Very roomy, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Nahuel Huapi lake just across the street, nice view.

Very poor welcome. The clerk (owner?) who received us was very rude, didn’t even greet us and began to ask if we had reservation upon entering the parking lot. Then she began to complain that we could not park two cars (we were 5 people, we reserved an apartment with 6 beds, the reservation stated that there was no need to reserve spaces in the parking lot). If there was no place for a second car, we would have understood, but the rudeness was completely unnecessary. We made a 15000km road trip through Brazil, Argentina and Chile and when there was lack of parking space, people always made an effort to accommodate us. Nevertheless, during the two days we were there, there was always at least one parking spot available.

Expected a lake view, got mostly a road view.

The check-in and check-out were efficient. The room is quite big and comfortable.

Indeed, you can see the lake from the window - but before it you see and hear all the cars on a busy road. It was sometimes hard to find the owner. The alarm system may be worth it but is weird and unintuitive. Parking is available but not trivial to access.
