Pay for wifi

Clean with good location.
The fee for WiFi is ridiculous when it is of such poor quality. Andorra has excellent broadband. There is no reason why it should be so terrible in the accommodation. The key box system to enter the downstairs hall does not work. They need to install a key code lock on the door.

Too late check-in (17:00), too early check-out (10:00).

Location is about the only good part about this place.
I have checked and I have used booking.com to book 119 different accommodations and this is the first time I have felt the need to leave a negative review. This was easily my worst experience. First they would not respond to my messages prior to arriving. Then when I did arrived at the hotel there was no keys or information on how to check in I called their emergency number several times and got no answer. I then had drive around to different hotel trying to find a room but everything was booked. So I had to spend the night in my van 0°c. Was not fun. When the office finally had someone in it 8:30 they told me that they don't open until 9 and made me wait outside. When I finally got to speak to someone they made me pay for the night I just spent sleeping in my van and told me that they would contact booking.com and they would reimburse the money. This was a lie. I spoke with booking.com and they have nothing to do with it and it's the hotels choice whether I should pay or not. Then there was the stay itself, what horrible accommodation. The rooms smelt awful, wifi only worked in the hallway and the walls are so thin you can hear people use the toilet. I visit andorra a lot and I will never use this hotel again. Absolutely awful way to treat people.

Reception: Friendly, good control of Covid-19 measures, long opening hours, easy to reach via telephone and mail.
Rooms: Clean, large, warm, fully equipped, ski storage in the parking lot
Our building was around 10 minutes by foot from the reception, along a highway, with our suitcases in the snow.
At one point we were out of hot water.

I was never given the address of the reception and when I finally found it after looking for it for an hour the key box did not have an envelope with my name on it. After calling to the customer service and waiting for a half an hour I was told to take the keys for a spare apartment. When arriving to the apartment the toilet floor was full of hair, all sheets were dirty and the antenna cable for the TV was broken. Also we were not provided with the wifi password. We came to Andorra to ski so we went to Grandvalira as soon as it opened on the next morning. In the evening I went to check-in in the reception and told them about how unsatisfied we were with the apartment but they said that if we made the complaint in the morning then something could have been done but as it was 6pm they weren't able to do anything. I was very unsatisfied and the receptionist promised to talk to her manager and get back to me but she never did.

The arrival. No reception at the adress provided and no information posted about where to find the reception (about 1.5 kms away) to pick up the keys.
The bed was also very uncomfortable, basically as hard as the hiking mattress I had been sleeping on the 4 preceding nights.
The bathroom, where I enjoyed a nice hot bath after 4 days hiking in the local mountains.

The apartment was very good, clean and big. We had 2 bathrooms for 5 people. Even the sofabed was big and comfortable.
The reception was somewhere else. You need to go there by car. We were lucky because some other guests showed us the way. They had spent some time to find it themselves.
