Sehr freundliches Personal.

What a magical place, nestled in the woods, off the beaten track. Super friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in a cabin which was beautiful and airy with a lovely bathroom and small terrace and short walk to the restaurant. We ate at the restaurant both evenings we were there - the food and service was outstanding 5 ⭐. Breakfast was stunning too with homemade products and fresh cakes and pastries. They even made us a breakfast bag to take with us when we left early on our departure day.
100% recommended - our stay at Saltara was a highlight of our trip around Northern Sardinia - the beaches on Capo Testa amongst the best we have visited ever.
Nothing. All good.

Very quiet, remote and comfortable resort in the heart of nature and not far from some great beaches.
Comfortable and chill bungalows in a beautiful and well-maintained garden. Nice swimming pool and cocktail area and a wonderful restaurant. The hosts and the staff are more than welcoming and kind, always there to content you with great services and recommendations. We spent a wonderful time there.

Very well managed property, beautiful, quiet surroundings with an excellent dining room.
Great staff, menu and fine wine selection.

Location is ideal, in the countryside, but 20min drive away from very nice beaches. The property is amazing, the little cabin felt like our own home and cleanliness was beyond expectations. Very comfy beds. The on-site restaurant, although with limited options, all of them were excellent and traditional sardinian cuisine. Staff was attentive and friendly. The owner is amazing, ready to help and share her house and place with you.
Breakfast was tasty, but it was not buffet, rather quite a standard thing each morning. In terms of salty things, one day there would be cheese, one day cold meat cuts, another salmon. It felt a bit restrictive, as the guest might not be up for cheese that day and would like meat. Also, the sweet treats, like pies, cakes doughnuts, were very limited (although what we did get was tasty). I am not sure if this is a rule that remained in place after Covid or if it is management choice, but I would much rather prefer a buffet.

The place is beautiful, decorate with good taste, we didn't get to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it seemed like a beautiful and calm place to relax. The room was really clean, big and comfortable. The restaurant served good food and the surroundings were much appreciated. The breakfast was very nice, lots of different meals offered. The hosts were nice and polite.
The restaurant is the main activity of the place therefore we didn't feel we were a priority when we needed help which was a shame. The TV wasn´t working during our stay and the hosts didn't manage to fix it which was a shame because we wanted to relax in the bedroom due to the rainy weather. Additionnally, we thought the place was an agrotourism (because it is described as such in google maps) but it's actually not.

Saltara is truly the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy your holiday. The whole property is tranquil and very private. Rooms are scattered around the different corners, are very spacious and with a home-like feeling. Breakfasts are exceptional and beyond expectations. In the evening the restaurant is also open for outside guests which gives a nice vibe at the end of the day. Food is delicious and the staff very friendly.
The only downside is that it didn't last long enough. Also the owners have a super cute dog that is not really allowed to walk around, which is a shame since we're dog lovers and would love to have him around :)

Most fabulous breakfast you can have. With variations each day so it never gets boring. Wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant, both inside and outside, and all the grounds are lovely. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly in every way.
It was not a problem for us, but the Sardinian restaurant menu for my taste could be a big larger and have more variety. In any case it was delicious!

We had the best time at Saltara - this beautiful place is so special, welcoming and the perfect hide away in peaceful nature to switch off. We felt very well looked after and woke up every morning looking forward to the delicious breakfast. If you stay there, make sure to also eat in their restaurant in the evening, the food and staff are exceptional and a real treat.

Gorgeous hotel in the countryside! We stayed in an adorable private bungalow that was extremely comfortable. AC worked great, amenities were exceptional and we loved the breakfast and onsite restaurant. Saltara is going on our list of places we will return to in this region!
Wifi was unstable at times but it's accessible throughout the property.

The reception was very warm.
The accommodation was magical and well maintained.
Our cabin was very special, dinner was an extraordinary experience, the food was very tasty.
Breakfast is very rich, (although some things were less to our liking).
The owner of the place, Natalie, helped us a lot with the company where we made the pcr, she did not leave us until she knew that everything was fine. The place is quiet and secluded, like an oasis
For our friends the mattress was a little uncomfortable

Saltara is a superb arrangement of independent suite-like rooms being well-equipped and situated in a great complex including a marvelous restaurant, a lovely bar and a relaxing pool. The kitchen is super (especially the breakfast!!!) and the owners & staff are attentive and helpful.
Clear recommendation!
Only two things that could be improved to get 10 out of 10. Firstly, the shower in the villa suite could be renewed. Secondly, the large bad was way too soft.

Natalie, who was so warm and welcoming. The setting, so peaceful. The bed, so comfortable. The food, I can't even describe, the best I've had in Sardinia. The wine, the staff. I love a wine list organised by winery and by distance from the agriturismo. So special. This place is just heavenly. Natalie even added a discount to my bill because I was travelling alone.
I didn't like that my stomach wasn't larger so I could have eaten more, and I didn't like the fact that I had to leave.
