We absolutely loved the place! Amazing landscapes, great facilities with access to both swimming pools, super romantic environment, best sunset we had.
As the on-site restaurant was closed on Thursday, we got the recommendation to have dinner at 5km away in a beautiful place, where the food was delicious.
Fully recommend the place, especially for couples.

Breakfast was wonderful and the servers went above expectations to make sure all 15 people in our family had their needs met. These were not basic breakfasts but rather varied choices that all were delicious. The location of this villa in the town of Chianti in the Tuscan region is wonderful and one we are already planning on returning to. Thank you all.
Answering this question would imply that something was disappointing and nothing was.

The staff members were all exceptional. I can’t recall their names (my apologies) the wine tasting girl, waiter Mito.?& the front desk staff truly made a mark.
The views from the balcony bedroom were magnificent, especially sunrise.
The location was extremely convenient.
We ate at your restaurant 2Xs, mainly due to our waiter & the beef was the best ever.
The bed mattress and pillows were extremely hard. We had a hard time getting a good nights rest.
4.5
The view was amazing, big room with huge and comfortable bed. Just loved the shower and the bath robe and slippers.
It is not easy reachable without a car.

The AMAZING hotel. The true feel of the Tuscan Villa. Amazing staff. Elena and yes the CEO Marina, superb friendly and amazing people. Can not wait to return.
IF you stay here drive 5 minutes and have dinner at the LA FATTORIA, you will not regret it.
The On site Restaurant, it did not feel real Tuscan, it reminded me of restaurants in US, and we did not want that experience , it is too MODERN for it to belong on such loverly grounds .

We loved its tranquil location and the antiquity of the building. We also liked the original features and the spaciousness of the rooms. There was ample parking and our pet dog was made very welcome too. The staff were extremely welcoming especially the receptionist who was a lovely lady. She was a pleasure to engage with and provided us with a wealth of knowledge about places to visit in the area.

Potential to have experiential activities throughout the day

great location, amazing view, the apartment next to the pool are a great get away, especially with Kids
sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable but for the kids absolutely fine! Some apartments are not separated between bedroom and living room in case you want to have kids sleeping earlier than parents…

Room and bathroom are very big and confortable

Staff is very kind, speak good English and give many valuable tips
Breakfast is good but could be better, lack of variety and "home made products"

This hotel is nestled in of the most beautiful, relaxing places. The hotel sits atop a hill overlooking rolling hills and majestic mountains in the distance. Everything you need is right there - excellent food, comfortable room and bed, walking paths leading right from the property. The owners are so nice and accommodating, and the staff very friendly. There is a wellness room with multiple types of saunas and a steam room and lounging area to make your relaxing stay complete. Multiple lounging chairs are tucked away around the property, welcoming you to sit down, relax and enjoy the view. The restaurant has both inside and outside seating options, and you can get a drink and snack after taking one of numerous local hikes, or exploring the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Meals at the restaurant were also excellent. I think you can tell that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would come back to this area just to stay at this hotel.
There was nothing that could be improved, in my estimation. The owners have thought of everything.

Wonderful place set in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. Ilenia made us feel very welcome and ensured we had a great stay celebrating our parents 45th wedding anniversary.
Mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance but this is something outside of managements control.

Beautiful villa with a lovely property to walk around. Nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful and kind. Large, beautiful room. We had the one with the balcony. We unfortunately did not get to use it as much as we hoped because it rained.
I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. The website sort of implies the property is in a village or that there was one walking distance, so figured it would be fairly easy to get a cab or walk to nearby destinations but it is not. They actually gave us a map when we got there that said the nearest town is 1km so we were ready to walk... then were told, no it's actually 4km. The staff was very helpful in attempting to get us a cab to go to dinner on Thursday when the restaurant was not open, but after calling 7 different drivers, we had no luck and didn't have dinner.
Booked two massages which were great but you could only pay cash, which we did not have enough of and they did not have an ATM on property. Mister Juan graciously drove us to the nearby town to go to an ATM but hopefully the hotel will get on on their premises.
Also, the villa's view from the balcony room is beautiful until you look all the way to the right. You see a very industrial looking town. I had hoped the villa was a little more isolated from modernity than it was.

Our stay at Villa San Andres has been exceptional! The entire experience started off with the warmest greetings one could get from the reception. Not only did llenia made us feel welcomed, she was so clear in explaining to us everything we needed to know for our stay. The villa is up in the hills which was exactly what we hoped for. Hills, vineyard, exceptional views, away from city, fresh air, all checked! The rooms has a very cottage feel which adds to the whole experience. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here if they are on a road trip in Tuscany.
Mosquitoes! Which was really nothing much that the management could do. They tried to help by putting nets on the windows which we appreciated.
