Do not book places like this in winter because make you disapointed

Beautiful place but without using the pool for us it’s an expensive place.

The place is a charming luxury farmhouse and well organized but We was disappointed that we cannot use the “Heated Pool” in there profile it’s better write clear that the pool was totally closed.

Tutto bello ma… c’è da migliorare

Ottima la vista sulle colline toscane, il giardino veramente molto curato. La colazione è stata ottima e il personale gentile e cordiale.

Se l’esterno e le zone comuni sono perfette, non si può però dire lo stesso della camera da letto: il bagno ha molti difetti e la doccia presente molti segni d’usura, nel 2024 il phon a parete con getto di calore debole non si può più vedere… punto decisamente dolente: ZERO INSONORIZZAZIONE, si sentono i passi di quelli fuori dalla porta, le donne di servizio che sbattono le porte vicino e alle 9 passano aspirapolvere, si sentono le voci di quelli fuori che passano e di quelli delle camere adiacenti e sovrastanti… questo non va bene q per una struttura di questo calibro. Inoltre, la piscina RISCALDATA A SOLI 30 gradi, con fuori 6 gradi non è abbastanza piacevole e si rischia di patire di più dentro che fuori…

Honeymoon Made.

Views are absolutely beautiful and are worth a visit/stay/alone. Pool/sauna/spa facilities are in spotless condition. Restaurant/bar staff are all very helpful and informative and will always do anything to make your stay better.

Not much to be honest. The room/bathroom could have more shelves/spaces (However, this is really picky)

Non si può essere perfetti...ma ci si avvicinano parecchio

Curato nei dettagli, ambienti puliti ma con qualche piccola pecca ( il pavimento del bagno turco non era pulito )

Solo dopo essere arrivati ci è stato detto che la piscina esterna riscaldata non era agibile per un guasto improvviso. Abbiamo quindi chiesto in alternativa l'accesso alla spa ma ci è stato risposto che sarebbe stato a pagamento. Poi ci è anche stato detto che avremmo potuto rinunciare al soggiorno... ma alle 17 dove saremmo potuti andare? Allora ho chiesto uno sconto che mi è stato accordato. Quindi abbiamo deciso di usare lo sconto per pagare la spa...cioè... forse avrebbero fatto una migliore figura se me la avessero proposta all'inizio al posto della piscina senza aspettare la mia richiesta. Altra piccola pecca, la mezza pensione, ristorante da Tiberio SUPER! ma ti addebitano a parte il coperto...niente di che...6 euro per due persone....però nn mi era mai accaduto! Ribadisco TIBERIO 10 STELLE, resort 10 STELLE. Veramente una bella location! Letto matrimoniale super, bagno in camera bellissimo! Panorama stupendo, locale colazioni super, colazione ricercata e buonissima.

Ottimo il ristorante, anche per la posizione che occupa e per il tipo di servizio. Buono il servizio colazione, anche questo anche per la posizione e la bellissima vetrata. Buona la colazione.

mi è stata assegnata una camera esterna rispetto al corpo centrale, con necessità di percorso in giardino per ragiungere SPA, ristorante, colazione, eccetera. Pessima posizione per stagione invernale. Insetti in camera. Riscaldamento della camera non sufficiente.

Un paradiso

Struttura molto bella e con tocchi di design molto apprezzabili. camera/appartamento molto comfortevole, bagno bellissimo e doccia multifunzione con idromassaggio molto apprezzabile. Personale cordiale e disponibile, vermanete una bella esperienza.

forse sarebbe meglio dare migliori indicazioni su come/dove parcheggiare all'interno del piazzale, magari mettendo dei segnali in terra. appena arrivati senza auto parcheggiate ci si potrebbe trovare in difficoltà.

Muito boa, funcionários muito simpáticos. Romântica e relaxante.

Pude organizar uma surpresa para o meu namorado com a ajuda da recepção. O pequeno almoço é num lugar lindo com uma vista incrível. A localização é muito boa.

Pouca variedade no pequeno almoço a nível de quentes. O nosso cortinado tinha bolor da humidade.

La vista meravigliosa dalla piscina e dalla sauna esterna, l'esperienza in SPA privata essenziale ma curata e il personale gentile

La piscina esterna potrebbe un po' più curata ( e un po' più calda!), la delusione per la cena nel costoso ristorante del resort (esteticamente bei piatti ma purtroppo un errore dietro l'altro, che pur segnalato, non ha portato a un minimo di sconto/cambio piatto)

Lovelly place spoilt by the expensive poorly provided and not all the time food.

Scenery was spectacular, pool was good.

Restaurant was poor, the staff bar one guy were useless. The food arrived at different times to our table of eight, it was always cold. Restaurant was closed on a Tuesday and nearest alternative was 2 miles away with no means of transport. Hotel called us a local lady who charged 35€ for a ten minute ride. With so many rooms it seems ridiculous to shut the only available option to eat on one day, there should at least been some sort of shuttle facility.

There should not even be an option for a negative rating this place is amazing. View amazing, staff amazing, spa incredible, pool is beautiful. This place is truly a delight

The percorso spa is not worth it. There is no option to chill in the spa if you get a treatment you are led in and out. Plan a ride to and from the venu because it is not easy to get a cab from the location.

The accommodations are simple, but really good. The staff are fiendly and very helpful. Super clean, comfortable, tidy place.

Breakfast was good. However, the restaurant service for lunch and dinner is really, really terrible. And since the hotel is a bit far from the city, having bad food is not cool. The restaurant does not do justice to a hotel in this category, which is a pity. The menu needs major improvement. And the hotel management/owner should have a very serious conversation with the chef and restaurant servers to improve menu choices, food quality and professionalism of the servers. All need major improvement.

Great value for a beautiful view and comfortable stay.

The property have a very beautiful view. Breakfast is delicious and staff is generally helpful. It is very easy to communicate with them.

A lot of the amenities such as the sauna or heated pool aren’t really functional in the winter time. It is probably best to visit in any other season but during the winter it is quite cold in the pool and the sauna takes quite a long time to heat up.

the view was amazing, the food of the restaurant was very tasty and staff was very nice and polite.

just the shower didn’t have hot water, but the staff was very nice and was able to accommodate us to use the Spa showers and all was great then.

A bit of a disappointment. Fair.

The room was very good size. The bed was extremely comfortable. Amazing breakfast.

The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website, and this was a disappointment as it ruined the expectation of this holiday. The sauna is very small, so there is a queue. Gave up.
