Family-run, incredible hospitality, cozy room/house/garden, best breakfast, wonderful experience

This was one of the most pleasant and hospitable guesthouses I have ever stayed at—anywhere. I was warmly welcomed by Alex, the breakfast was truly excellent, the room was clean and very comfortable, and the location (in a lovely courtyard garden and off the main/busy streets) could not have been more pleasant. The family was so kind at every turn and even helped me with a last minute airport transfer. The guesthouse itself is like a cozy home and even has a little library. Thank you to everyone at Hin Yerevansti for your hospitality and such a wonderful stay! I would like to visit again soon.

All in all, when I come back to Yerevan, I know what is my go-to place to stay :)

Splendid hotel with amazing aesthetics! The property is very close to the city center, and yet it is in a perfect spot so that you don’t hear noise from the crowded streets and traffic. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. Alex was always ready to save/cook some food for late breakfast and he was also helping us with navigating around the city and planning other tours. We even got a farewell gift! Wonderful place which will sure leave you with some fond memories of the city.

A quiet oasis in the hearth of Erevan.

We had a marvellous stay at this hotel. The owner was very kind and friendly, he gave us some good advice on what to visit and where to go eating. He gave us goodbye gifts and even prepared us breakfast earlier than the normal breakfast time because our flight was early in the morning. The rest of the staff were also very friendly. The breakfast food was very delicious and varied, and we had free coffee and tea all the time. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom as well. Alex was also so kind to collect a pair of shoes that I had forgotten to another hotel and that were sent them late at night. Couldn't expect more, and would definitely recommend for a stay in Erevan!

Great family run hotel at a perfect location in the heart of Yerevan - a few blocks away were all the main sights. The breakfast was delicious, the room - clean and comfortable. The host gave us great tips on exploring the city.

Everything about this Hotel was wonderful! The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always went above and beyond to help make the experience perfect! When I had an early tour, they made sure I was able to have breakfast, even though it was before typical breakfast hours. Everyone greeted you with kindness. Overall, the people at the hotel are great! The room was perfect. It was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also perfect. Plenty of space, big shower, and toiletries. It's also in a great location. There are many restaurants, sites, and nightlife in just a few minutes' walk. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel when visiting Yerevan!

Amazing supportive staff, beautiful hotel, great location!

We stayed for three nights in Hin Yetevantsi after travelling around different areas across Armenia and out of all the hotels we stayed at for the past two weeks this was definitely one of the best if not the best! Great staff First of all, amazing support from the warm and friendly staff - especially Alex who was responsive with any questions even before we checked in making us feel comfortable and looked after! He really took care of us and shared his number for any questions and concerns. It was our second time in armenia and has seen most places but if it'd for your first time their tours and help would be a great way to get around! If it's your first (or second or third time) - I would recommend this place to know more and appreciate the people and culture of armenia!) Also thank you to Arthur for helping us our bags with during breakfast! Beautiful interior The interior of the hotel and the little details not only add beautiful character to the hotel, it was also well maintained and a blend of old school but with all the modern comforts as heaters and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable. Good breakfast Great breakfast! The breakfast options were laid out beautifully and delicious and just right. I like their coffee and tea selection and it was a great meal before a day of walking around. Perfect location Probably the best part is the location. It's a short 5-10 minute walk from the opera house and the cascades, which are always great. Especially durinh winter where we went ice skating. It's also 15 minute walk to Republic square and vernissage. All around are amazing restaurants so you'll never run out of options. Also SAS supermarket and money exchange was nearby so it was all very convenient. All in all a big thank you to everyone there! Look forward to a summer visit soon!

Exceptional Service

Our stay at this hotel was superb and exceeded all our expectations. It is a family-run hotel located in the heart of Yerevan. The manager Alex was very polite and provided any form of assistance when required. The owner Lora was an exceptional host and often engaged in conversation with us. Every morning fresh homemade breakfast was provided from 9 am. Alex was extremely hospitable and would ask if we wanted anything more for breakfast such as omelettes.

Everyone were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent We stayed there for 3 nights. It was also our daughter's birthday. Alex arranged a beautiful surprise in the morning. The owners - Arthur, his mom and his wife were all very kind and friendly with us, specially with our 4yr old daughter. She found a friend in them and she enjoyed her time! Thank you all again for such lovely memories. Highly recommended place to stay!

Finding the place could be a hassle as it's inside a small lane. Finding a parking could also be a challenge as the hotel is inside an alley. Though Arthur and Alex will always be there to assist, so shouldn't be a major concern

Best place in Erevan

The place is gorgeous! It is a cosy house in the historical center of Erevan. It has both history and a very well functioning modern room equipment. The drainage in the bathroom really works! The hosts are very kind and hospitable people, we were amazed when we found a birthday cake brought to our room! We really enjoyed small talk with the hosts, saying nothing about great piano music Lola played!

Felt like home!

Booked this hotel for my mom and her sister and didn't regret! The hotel has a perfect location in the heart of the city but also has its own very cozy and quite territory. The room was clean and comfortable with a big balcony. The reception area is special with a grand piano and lovely decorations. Home-made breakfast is served from 9 to 11 a.m. at the reception area. But most of all we want to thank the staff and especially the owner who treated us like a family during the whole stay, we enjoyed having conversations with her and listening to her playing the piano:) We all agreed that the next time we are in Yerevan we won't search for another place!

Hin Yerevantsi is the perfect get-away boutique hotel in the heart of Yerevan. From booking to departure, this family-run hotel ensured my stay in Armenia was delightful. Alex arranged smooth transfers to/from the airport so I could enjoy my time stress-free. Everything is an easy walk and the family will welcome you when you return from the day. cozy quiet place with tasty breakfast

the location is perfect- very center but at the same time very quiet. the owner provided with parking place as well. it is very clean in every corner!! the breakfast is wonderful. last day we were leaving early and they prepared some meal for us to take with us.

Another wonderful stay at Hin Yerevantsi

This was our second visit to Hin Yerevantsi Hotel - we chose it after spending 2 excellent nights here in 2018. This time, we stayed for 7 nights and were delighted to find that the experience was just as great as last time. We arrived by airport transfer arranged by the hotel. The driver was super friendly, the perfect welcome to Armenia. We were really pleased to do a tour with him later in the week, again arranged by the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, with the most comfortable bed of the trip. We slept really well each night. The large terrace was an added bonus, and the location in central Yerevan is pretty much unbeatable. A special mention and thanks must go to Alex, whose professionalism and hospitality played a leading role in making our stay as good as it was. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help out e.g. with early breakfast when we had tours that left early in the morning. He is a true asset to the hotel (and makes an excellent omelette and coffee!). We hope to return to Yerevan before too long, and will choose Hin Yerevantsi again without hesitation.

Pleasant

It was my first visit to Armenia, probably the best hotel in Yerevan, but I have nothing to compare it with. Close to the central part, but the town is so small that everything is close to central. Hotel can keep your bagade until you departure.

The staff was unable to meet me upon arrival. The room was full of red ants. Breakfast was the very poor. Pay attention, there are no refrigerators in the rooms on the first floor. Short story. At any travel I take a boiler for cup of tea, but never take a cup. Since the kettle may or may not be in the hotel. And I borrowed I metal cup for brush teeth. The the owner of the house noticed this and offered a cup. But when I checked out, he asked if I had stolen a cup. Does anyone need someone else's cup? To my opinion it's a crazy.
