Very very disappointing

The only good thing about it is the fact that it's close to the airport.

The room was very small and uncomfortable. Looked rather like a motel room although they described it as deluxe. The pictures were misleading and we paid 170 euros for a night for 4 people. You don't get value for your money. They don't care about the customers. All they want is to rip you off and all you get in return is a lousy room where to sleep the night. Trust me! You don't want to spend a night here.

Rapporto qualità prezzo buono in confronto alle altre strutture buona la posizione a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto sopratutto se vi è muniti di auto

La stanza me l'aspettavo più spaziosa e non adatta a chi nn può fare le scale o bambini che non camminano perché altrimenti bisogna prenderli in braccio

Excellent value for Money

The location was a quiet residential area. The facilities were excellent. It was good value for money. Its a nice set up would book again.

I would recommend it to anyone needing to stay one night prior to an early flight.

It had a lovely bathroom and bedroom. Just comfortable enough and clean enough for a night stay prior to an early morning flight. We walked to the seaport and had a delicious dinner looking out at the boats.

It had a musty smell that was overpowered with air freshener. The airconditioning helped that issue though. Also, the shuttle to and from the airport was not included.

The room was very basic. We were looking for a place near the airport since we had to leave for the airport at 5 a.m. It was fine for a one night stay but not long term. One of the best restaurants was walking distance. .. a sushi place which was wonderful and very affordable.

A cover over the sheet. There was water on the floor every time the toilet was flushed. No reading lamps.

Would recommend this B&B for short stay, clean quiet and comfortable after a long plane trip, is all you want.

Hostess was gracious and welcoming. She stayed after closing time to greet us, even though our plane was delayed. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Says B&B but no breakfast available.

Exceptional

The staff were very nice and the restaurant she recommended to me was excellent. I even packed some pizza from the restaurant for breakfast the next day. When I wanted to microwave my pizza, she left me a microwave in the hall. The overall experience is very good!

Disappointing

Friendly staff and good proximity to the airport.

Room was a total disaster - very humid, dark and smelly. Mold on the walls in the bathroom. Dirty and dusty drawers. Dirty bed cover. Hair dryer and bed side lamps not working. From two star hotels I have only one expectation - that the place will be clean and this room was certainly not.

Very convenient to commute through Airport Shuttle, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. The front desk staff was accommodating, cooperative and helpful, and overall value for money.

Superb

This was my fourth time staying at this place so I guess that says enough. This time around there wasn't any breakfast (temporarily as I understood) but there is a vending machine with coffee and some snacks. The rooms got cleaned every day, and we got free water. The staff - amazing, really nice and helpful. PS. - I didn't get to try schiaciatta (?) yet! But will try the next time in Italy 😊 Thank you ❤️

to sleep is amazing

location! if you arrive late (after check in time) they will send you a whatsapp message with a video explaining everything! the beds, shower.. everything! at the airport if you arrive late don’t forget to call a uber! the local taxis were not available, only from Rome and to Rome! so if you don’t see any taxi from Fiumicino, don’t wait and call a uber!

excellent and comfortable stay with top notch service

the service surpasses the price by far. Miriam was so lovely and my room was ready for me and for check hours before the check in time which meant I could rest after a long flight. the cleaning staff even turned the heat on for me before I got there so that the room would be comfortable when I arrived.

Honestly there was nothing to complain about. value and price were excellent.
