Great, magic, wow!

We felt like in fairytale, amazing apartamens, amazing host. Like museum, flat with soul. Recomend 10000%. Even didnt want to go out, but properti in heart of town.

3de verdieping veel trappen, met zwaar koffers zou moeilijk zijn. Ook gang licht is een probleem, geen knoop te vinden en als je probeert te druk dan zijn de deurbellen van de buren

The Apartment was modern, clean and spacious.

The apartment was in a great spot and very clean. The whole apartment was very modern and totally updated.

Unfortunately for us the apartment was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Besides luggage it is a bit to go up and down.

Perfect , just perfect

Perfect location if you want to stay close to Fiumicino airport. The apartment was clean, comfortable with lots of welcome surprises - cookies, yogurts , water coffee and more. The owner picked us from the airport at 3am❗️❗️❗️ Such great service such great place to stay. 🙏 Thank you for a perfect stay

Todo excelente, el lugar limpio y cómodo! Cerca del aeropuerto, muy amablemente pusieron una cunita para mi bebé!

Las escaleras, yo traía carriola así que era complicado, no la subí la dejé en el recibidor

An awesome Stay!!!!

This property is beautifully equipped - with direct access to the owners-a private ride to the airport and luggage delivery-and a terrace-really? You can't go wrong-I will be back.

TI did not want for anything-I will do more research on working an Italian washer and dryer-aand I will try to learn more Italian-However the host Christina had done a much better job than I-Her English was excellent!!

La dimora del Borgo

Vriendelijke mevrouw! Netjes, 2 smart tv.s met netflix en prime. Ontbijt met voorverpakte broodjes,koekjes,chocolade en confituurtjes en 3 flessen drank (water, bruiswater, sap, kleine sapjes)... We hadden zelfs een glas gebroken en dit was geen probleem 😊 Ook handdoeken, shampoo, haardroger, wasmachine met product aanwezig.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Cristiana war eine sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist praktisch: Nähe zum Flughafen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Un très bel endroit

Hôtesse très disponible donnant beaucoup d’informations.bel endroit en face le fleuve et ses bateaux de pêche,restaurants et pizzerias à proximité. Pick up à l’aéroport possible à l’aller et au retour.on est restés seulement une nuit en transit mais on a vraiment apprécié l’endroit qui fait penser à un gros village de pêcheurs

Estadia perfecta para unas noches

El departamento mas lindo en el que nos hemos alojado. La propietaria atenta en el mas minimo detalle. Nos espero con una canasta llena de juguetes para los dos niños. Un desayuno completo con frutas y todo. Lavasecarropas todo lo necesario para cacinar algo. Espectacular

Todo perfecto. Solo son 3 pisos por escalera pero estamos acostumbrados viviendo en italia

Fantastic Apartment

Great location and apartment. Unfortunately we were only there one night. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. There were provisions left for breakfast, which was great. The kitchen also had a microwave, kettle, coffee machine with pods and a milk frother. Great having a washing machine too. Wifi kept kids entertained. Would have loved to stay longer. We also organised for our host to collect us from the airport (and drive us back the next morning). The fee was good, and she even helped us carry our luggage up and down the stairs and provided recommendations of places to eat / things to do. She was so lovely and hospitable.

It didn’t bother us - but there are three flights of stairs without a lift.

AWESOME apartment very close to FCO airport with GREAT restaurants

We only stayed 1 night here whilst in transit. We wish we had stayed longer! The place is... WOW! Old building, but inside had been renovated and decorated so well! The host, Cristiana and Raffaelle, are THE BEST bar none! They are so friendly and helpful. There are so many good, authentic restaurants within the vicinity of the apartment, a couple of them apparently have Michelin star.

It’s the best accommodation for a relaxing night before your flight, perfect for families. We’ll come back!

Fantastic! It’s very clean and organised and it has everything you need (and much more) for a short stay. Cristiana looked after us in the best way, she even provided all we needed to make breakfast and gave us a lift from and to the airport. Also, there are many restaurants and cafes in the area so its location is very convenient.

Only the fact that, unfortunately, it doesn’t have a lift (but Cristiana helped us to take our baggage upstairs so it wasn’t a problem for us).

A memorable final night in Italy! Definitely recommended!

After a month in Italy, we spent our last night at la Dimora del Borgo and we wish we had stayed longer. It was amazing!!! Cristiana was lovely and the apartment was so beautiful. We also really appreciated the coffee machine and sweets. Close to the best restaurants in Fiumicino.

Not a problem at all, but guests should expect some noise from the restaurant downstairs. It is to be expected when the apartment is so conveniently located!!

Consigliato per soggiorni brevi ma anche per trascorrere giorni in questa zona meravigliosa di Roma

Cristiana è stata super gentile, mi ha saputo dare tutte le indicazioni di cui avevo bisogno. L'appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e anche di più (colazione top). In piena notte è venuta anche a prenderci per accompagnarci all'aeroporto. Grazie infinite per la disponibilità e professionalità. Consigliatissimo!

매우 깨끗하고 정돈이 잘 되어있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 추울거라 생각했는데 방안을 따듯하게 만들어두어서 아이들과 함께 들어왔을때 좋았습니다. 세탁기를 이용할수 있어서 좋았고 근처에 식당이 많고 좋은 식당을 추천해주어서 식사할수 있었습니다. 아이를 위한 아기침대도 준비해주었고 아이들과 충분한 휴식을 취할수 있었습니다. Christiana 는 너무 친절하고 주변 설명도 잘해주었습니다.

Excellent endroit pour finir nos vacances.

Hôtel idéalement situé, près des restaurants et du canal. L'hôtesse Cristiana est très agréable et s'est assurée que nous étions confortable avant de nous quitter. L'endroit est super propre et la clim est la meilleure que nous avons eu en Italie. Elle nous a même reconduite à l'aéroport le matin de notre départ. Elle propose d'excellents restaurants dont le Incannucciata que nous avons adoré. Bref allez-y vous ne serez pas déçu.

Perfect place to stay near the airport!

This place exceeded expectations. The host was exceptionally nice. The place was ideally located next to so many restaurants and we could walk to the ocean to see a final sunset before leaving Italy. The apartment was comfortable and everything was brand new. Cristina was so kind and had some snacks for us to eat, which was particularly helpful with our baby who ate one of the bananas as soon as we arrived. The place was spotless, and the crib was comfortable for our baby. The cherry on top was that Cristina drove us to the airport in the morning. It was the best last day in Italy we could have hoped for and it was stress free thanks to Cristina. Thank you Cristina for everything!

Amazing historical location, so many restaurants to choose from. Amazing little shops. If you like sunset, a 5 minute walk to the coast. Beaches are close by. Your place is well equipped, kitchenette, all modern colors, very nice bathroom/shower. Very modern. Maybe a 10-minute ride to the airport, and if you contact your host, you can arrange for a lift to and from the airport for a fee € (4 people with carry-on). Depending upon her schedule. Christina, thank you so very much. You get 12 out of 10 stars 🌟. Over and above, I will tell everyone going to Rome to stay here. Thank you. Thank you 😊

Just excellent!

Everything! There is not even one single thing we could be more satisfy with. Christina is the greatest host, speaking English, so helpfull with everything. And the acommodation....so cute, so new, so comfort and so, so CLEAN. We were just sorry we couldnt spent more time there.

Great location close to airport, very clean and well equipped apartment

Cristiana was the perfect host and her apartment was the perfect place to stay on our last night in Italy. After a hectic four weeks on the go, busy cities and crowds of people everywhere, it was a welcome relief to chill out and relax before an early 16 hour flight home. The apartment is just 10 minutes from the airport, yet no aircraft noise. Seaside town with fishing boats, lovely restaurants serving super fresh seafood and local hospitality. Cristiana arranged airport pick up and drop off which was fantastic. Her suggestions for restaurants and local information were much appreciated. The apartment is spotlessly clean & very well equipped with modern kitchen and bathroom. Air con worked perfectly!
