La chambre du rez de jardin était décevante, il reste du travail à faire pour améliorer le comfort

Chambre Floral : Lit branlant - impossible de bouger sans réveiller l’autre personne Salle de bain minuscule - pendant la douche l’eau finit par couler sur le sol jusqu’à la chambre Pas de tables de nuit Petites lumières vertes clignottantes (wifi ou tv ?)

Bon rapport qualité prix

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel agréable et arrangeant (nous avons demandé à changer de chambre après une nuit et aucun problème). Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Petit déjeuner passable. Lors de la première nuit dans la chambre Pusán nous avons été reveillé par les occupants de la chambre du dessus à cause de la lampe au plafond qui tremblait sous leurs pas.

Nice guesthouse if location does not matter

Friendly service, good breakfast and nice breakfast room. Kitchen available for guests.

Long walk to city center. The room was really hot and humid, no way to get towels dry. The toilet/shower was very small and had a tricky folded door. The location near the airport meant that we woke up several times during night (starting from 5 am) when planes were flying over the house very low.

For the location and the price, we can highly recommend staying there.

It is a great location to the airport and to the airport. The interior is nicely put together. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly.

Some parts of the room suffered from wear and tear like bits of wallpaper hanging from the wall or a derelict light switch. The sofa had stains. The bed in one room during our stays was pretty hard.

Very helpful and flexible staff. The room was cleaned and towels were changed everyday. Basic breakfast included.

The room was very humid without ventilation and unpleasant to stay for long. The humidity was felt on everything, clothes, towels, bedsheets. The towels were worn, there was no shower door so the floor was flooded all the time. I don't recommend for a long stay.

Nice place but so-so experience

The room was big and clean, with natural light and a window in the bathroom, which helped controlling the humidity. The facilities are cute and the shared kitchen and the breakfast included a plus. The young guy at the reception in the morning was keen and arranged for us an early breakfast for the day after and booked us a taxi to the airport.

The bed was horrible. Apart from the pillows, which were small, thin and too fluffy, the mattress was a total disaster. Completely worn, the springs in the middle were bumping out while the springs on the side were completely strained and collapsed. I barely slept the first night. The second one, I slept on the third bed, which was smaller and single, but at least I could lay down with my back straight. If your arrival is after 6 pm forget about anyone at the reception. Supposedly they had to leave us the key in the door of the room. But when we arrived a couple was waiting outside (they weren't provided with the code for the entrance keypad) and our room was locked without the key. I had to look through the reception stuff, open drawers, lockers and what not until I found I business card of the place and called. The man who replied seemed to be the administrator of several properties and sent me a new phone number to call. Nobody answered there and when I called back the manager, he didn't reply either. Almost an hour later a man arrived and gave us the key to the room. It's a cosy, nice place, but it needs a better reception and check in procedure and definitely some good new mattresses.

convenient and good value for your money

it had an available shared kitchen with all the amenities for you to use ( over, stove, microwave, fridge), what made it actually quite convenient those days we didn’t want to eat out. breakfast included, although pretty basic and limited options. bathroom in the room

staff didn’t go our room any of the days we stayed ( 6days 5 nights) none came to clean the room or change out towels, which were always wet ( due to the huge humidity characteristic of the island) breakfast a bit too basic and with very few options no a/c in our room which made it hard to sleep because nights are humid and hot temperature

Don't stay here.

You could watch planes take off.

Basically everything from the terrible dusty room with 1cm gabs in the floor boards,, wallpaper coming off, very uncomfortable bed, weird "blankets", to the smelly reception, cracked and loose floor tiles... Cracks in the walls everywhere. I'm really not picky with hotels/hostels and rooms... But this place was a disaster. In short, the place needs desperate renovations. I would have added more pictures of the room if possible.

In a quite neighborhood, 10 min walk from the center. Staff really nice and kind, we had the flight very early in the morning and they prepared a small breakfast for us in the kitchen, really appreciated. the room was big enough for 4 people.

Good for a short stay.

-Room and bathroom very clean, soap and show gel provided as well as hairdryer. -Very nice breakfast, especially compared with the room low standard

-Very small room with no nice view and very old towels, for one person one night and for that price it is more than ok but I would not stay there longer. -When I arrived 1h before the check-in time the main door was closed and nobody was at the reception desk. So I called the number of the guest house (fortunately as a tourist I had some 4G datas!) and asked if I could already have my room. First answer: "no". Then I explained that in the confirmation that I got per email there was written that guests can have the room earlier if they are ready. So someone contacted me per WhatsApp message and a cleaning woman came to give me the key, which I finally appreciated. Moreover, the receptionist came at 11pm to knock on my door for the check-in in a very unprofessional way (I used to work as a receptionist so I know what I am talking about). Fortunately I was still working in my room so I wasn't in pyjama or sleeping...

Perfect place to stay and enjoy Ponta Delgada

It was a great option for a chill night in the city. The room was great with its own bathroom, double bed, small tv and balcony. The breakfast was so nice, the staff was welcoming and tended to all our needs. Its walking distance from the city center, with its own heater and key.

Nothing. In case you have a car, parking in the street might be difficult. But for some nights in the city you don't need a car.

could have been better

I stayed one night to be close to the airport for an early flight. Bed was comfy.

no internet in my room. I had to sit in the courtyard for that but it was chilly at night. Also, they offered to pack me a breakfast since I would miss it but then they forgot to do so.

fantastic place to stay

great location, can walk it just over 30 mins from the airport, taxi is 10euros it’s a 15 min walk to the city centre and sea front. really good breakfast included in the room rate and the staff are really helpful , really great value staying here

Very helpful staff. Great value place to stay with lovely breakfast - views of sea too from dining

Good breakfast, convenient location for town centre and close to airport; had a nice courtyard and shared kitchen if you wanted to cook. Looked after our luggage when we checked out when we went sightseeing for the day. Booked us a taxi.

Our room was warmer than our children's which seemed to have aircon but overall good room and we still slept well.
