Nice comfortable stay with family environment.

I would never stay here again

There were people sleeping in the car park Keep us awake from 12.30 am till 2am Drunk smoking and loud

Give it a go, it's better than you may think!

Very easy to get to, close to all things you want. Very clean & comfortable room. The owner is delightful and very caring. We were there when the car races were on, all other places had huge mark ups & were booked out. Not so bad here!

*Not a didn't like, just a comment! Access to the freeway can be a bit hard in rush hour/s. Traffic can be a bit noisy, but that's where you are! No problems sleeping for us. There are some long term residents who look out of place, but are fine & don't cause issues. More trouble from transients with cats! (Read his review; you'll find he does that everywhere!)

dividing curtain between beds in family room would be nice for changing and late night reading and computer use

I found the stuff very helpful and lovely and they were very easy going!

I found the stuff very helpful and friendly! ( they also had food and drinks available at the front desk which was really good and very affordable price!)

I found when we entered it really stank of cigarette smoke and we didn’t have a smoking room ( so I found that a little uncomfortable)

Clean and location was easy for our morning out of town

The room smelt of cigarettes when we turned on the aircon. It was hard to breathe. Had to close the bathroom window due to no fly screen and front window due to noise from freeway so had to turn aircon on. This made the cigarette smell come through the whole room. Like someone was smoking outside the room and blowing it in the aircon. Also bathroom door didn't close, and entry to shower was narrow. Wouldn't have wanted to be any bigger then I am. Could do with giving soap for shower as they only had shampoo on a hanger no soap or body wash.

During my stay at this hotel, in the middle of the night, I was attacked by an army of bedbugs. The room was infested by bedbugs and they were crawling and matching all over the place. I picked some of them and placed them inside a glass and went to show the receptionist as some of them had already bitten us. The receptionist was so rude and complained that I was disturbing him while he was asleep. He did not apologise or offer another room. So, I had to go back into the room, my family and I could not sleep as both beds were covered with bed bugs and some on the bed frame. In the morning I checked out even though I had booked the hotel for three nights. I requested a full refund. After sending several emails, I managed to get a refund for two nights. So, beware of bedbugs and rude receptionists at this hotel.

Multiple beds in the room and it was clean.

Traffic noise from bottom of freeway, fridge whirred all night which added to the noise level and hadn't been defrosted, air conditioner was noisy, spare heater in the cupboard rattled when on and was full of lint so we stopped using it for fear of fire, toilet brush holder was rusty, lino floor tiles were broken, handle to the wardrobe had a screw missing and was dangling. The beds squeaked. It was very dated.
