Won't be returning

Friendliness of staff Plenty of room in carpark Walking distance to Arkaba Hotel, supermarket & fast food

Bed linen and cover were stained Rubbish in bathroom drawer Toilet was dirty Window was filthy TV remote was dirty Single bed was on a lean with old mattress low to the floor Entrance door had a large crack along it Microwave was dirty No tissues I would expect this standard of room if paying much less than we did...however for $210 for 2 adults, this was way below average!

Excellent except the bed part

Location and value for money. Room is clean.

Single bed in the room is shaking when lie on it. Double bed is good.

The location was good.

The microwave needs a upgrade, The fridge was unplugged, which made it defrost, and the bottom shelf was full of water. On arrival had to put the fridge and stove on to use it and wipe up water from fridge on the floor, the pans in the kitchen are a bit rusty, TV aerial fixed with hanger, carpet dirty, stove buttons come off when you use it had to switch it off at the wall which is located in a cupboard under the kitchen bench. There are a few other things I can mention, but I just stop there.

Good value and location. Very clean. Great for an overnight stay in the City.

All in all was a lovely place to stay for the night.

Easy to find. Friendly staff. Easy to book. Close to public transport.

Found the door very difficult to open as the key wouldn’t turn at first and was very stiff after staff sprayed the hole. We also really could have used a second key as we had 3 adults in the room & I returned earlier than they did and I had to be woken up to let them in when they got back.

Not nice

Comfortable bed.

No hand towels or face washers , fridge off and constant cigarette smoke from upstairs. Main road a nightmare.

great place and great location

Manager was really nice and looked so well after me since our car broke down. Thanks again!

The shower needs some maintenance. Water squirts everywhere and the cold water tap doesn't turn properly. Water exremely hot. But otherwise very happy with everything.

Fantastic Location rooms were a decent size and the host was welcoming. The bed was comfortable but you have to be careful as it likes to roll around on you a bit but is still nice the shower must of been a bit clogged as there was enough water to cover our feet in the shower but besides that it was a great stay

Shower was clogged and the bed rolled around a bit making it hard to sit up in bed. The TV struggled to have reception which is weird being in the city but was a great stay and we were comfortable
