only the location

it was dirty and you can see the building has been neglected. leaking showers, loose tiles, broken blinds. besides that, it was very dirty. my coffee cup in the room was dirty, you can see dirty marks on the doors from previous people. everything is full of dust.

Good location but poor noise cancellation between rooms

the location

noise cancellation were not properly deployed to cancel noise between the room next to you , nor to cancel the street noise , to the extend that y can hear couples next to your door screaming while sexual intercourse !!

Great region and beautiful architecture!

The location is great, close to several restaurants and shops in a wonderful area to walk around. The hotel has beautiful architecture and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

They joined two single beds to form a double bed, and in the middle there was a space that made the bed uncomfortable. Also we found the breakfast very simple.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. I loved the style and openness of the room and the staff is super friendly and always welcoming and available. So easy to walk to many places and find good places to shop and eat.

Think twice before booking this place

The reception was always kind and smiley, and the room service was nice. The location was great because you can walk to every tourist spot and restaurants pretty fast.

There wasn't any noise cancellation in the room. I couldn't sleep 2 nights out of 3, and on one of them I slept only 1.5 hours because of the loud music and noise in the street (they stopped at 5 am). It was THAT loud I thought I was sleeping in the street this whole time. I can't imagine what can be worse during the vacation.

It is good for the first time. But it needs to improve.

The rooms are very well decorated and the restaurant on the top of the building was really nice. Also the hotel staff behave nice. It is really close to the city center and Taksim square.

The noise around the hotel is a lot, even at night. In the bathroom, water leaks a lot into the main room and it made the room floor wet. Breakfast was not good and I propose you to not take it. They connect two single mattress as a double mattress and this is really bad for couples.

Not recommended - unclean, unsafe, overpriced

Good Location. Nice view from roof top terrace. Spacious room.

This must have been one of my worst hotel experiences so far. First of all, the room was not very clean. There were stains at the wall and on the carpet, the bath room smelled disgusting (like waste water) and everything looked ready to be replaced. During the second night, at 2pm, the fire alarm went off. It was deafening and lasted for at least 10 minutes. The laid-back explanation of the staff: Sorry guys, someone smoked in the room, go back to sleep. And finally, on the third day, the house keeping staff left our room door wide open. We came back 12 hours later to find it like that. With all the problems, we received half-hearted apologies and no effort whatsoever to compensate for these events. Conclusion: - even with discount waaay overpriced - staff not helpful at all with problems - unclean, needs a renovation - cannot recommend, there are so many better places in Istanbul

We liked design and bar with piano music on the 1st floor, view outside was really good. Also would like to say thanks for receptionists work, they do it excellent! very welcome, helpful, always at their desk and online. In general room was clean. Close to Istiklal street. They bring 2 bottles of water for 0,5 l or 1 for 1 liter every day- that’s good 👍🏼

1) wifi, it’s not possible to connect for all time that we stayed 2) it’s not about hotel responsibilities and they can’t do anything with that - sometimes at night all music ends at night and you can sleep well, sometimes music outside is very loud till 4 am+cars driving at night around hotel with super loud music and it’s not possible to sleep 3) design is good, furniture is very expensive in room. however, who does maintenance work in that hotel - does it really bad. it’s really pity to see such beautiful hotel with really expensive furniture in bad condition. looks that hotel is not so old but they don’t fix any broken things on time. it effects on guests experience in a hotel.

such a cute place to stay. location is perfect if you’re looking to explore the city & have a good time. the staff is incredibly nice you’ll get what you want if you just ask for it. I’ve seen people complain about wifi, but you can simply ask for a wifi extender and it will work perfectly!! the rooftop restaurant is also great lots of locals come here too !!

the only thing about this place is that it probably won’t be a 100% clean and I don’t mean bedsheets and general hygiene that will be fine!! but it just looks used and they just haven’t done some repairs in a while. but those are details it’s honestly perfect for the price you’ll pay
