Pathetic Hotel and poor service standards

Spacious apartments, we were group of 11 adults booked two apartments of total 6 bedroom, which was spacious.

No cleaning of apartments for total stay of 4 days inspite of reminders, not even one day. Breakfast was very poor quality with no options except bread and cereals. We requested to add some vegetarian food as well but no attention given. Overall it was bed experience of 4 days stay in smelly and stinking room.

Large rooms

Huge rooms. We stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms 2 balcony with a kitchen room. It was almost too much room for 2 people. Helpful receptionist and food in the restaurant was great and cheap.

Construction is all around this hotel. Road leading to the hotel is rough. I am sure it will improve when construction ends.

Персонал отеля потрясающий. Но стройка вокруг абсолютно испортила все впечатление об отеле. Ни бассейн, ни потрясающий вид на город не скрасят ежедневгого грохота стройки( ко торый слышно и у бассеина, и в комнате) и пыли по всюду. Я думаю, менежменту и владельцам отеля стоит серьёзно задуматься-и работать и отдыхать в таких условиях не возможно, это не уважение и к персоналу (повторю, чудесные ребята), и к гостям отеля.

Perfect stay in Yerevan.

Everything was good. The view was exceptional, tennis court was really nice. The swimming pool and bar were perfect.

Tennis court was good although it will be better with more lights on it. At the evening it was not perfect for playing.

I liked this quiet location away from the noise of the city center. Staffs were friendly and they respond quickly to your needs. Especially Diana at the reception is a excellent staff. Apartment was big and we enjoyed the Tennis court as well. Night view from the hotel was very good.

good place for big group

apartment for the group of people is perfect. has 4 big rooms and many bathrooms which is very useful . breakfast was ok in the mornings

you can feel wind coming through the windows and there is no heaters in each room . location is a bit far from center and you need to do big loop if you go walking as you on the mountain

not recommended for family. far from the city and does not have temperature controlled pool.

the lifts is very small for moving luggages from parking. The parking floor is unfinished. the swimming pool without the temperature control is of no use. wash rooms flush taps are leaking.

Professional staff and good hotel for stay!

Very nice, spacious appartments, which are fully equipped - even some basic stuff in the kitchen (tea, suger, salt, pepper). The view over Yerevan is spectacular especially at night. The pool is very nice and service is fast and good. The staff has been great all around - from reception, to restaurant, to pool.

If you are prepared for or looking for a non-central location, this is perfect for you. At the moment, there is a construction site around/right next to the resort. The noise did however not bother me in the appartment and is limited to working hours. The lovely staff makes up for it with small treats or e.g. free breakfast.

A Pleasant stay for big groups/Families

The property is located at a quite location away from the city hustle bustle. It’s kind of a mountain top and you get a very good view of the city. We stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment which had 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a large dinning table. Good for large groups wanting to stay together. We were 6 adults and 6 children. The kids had a blast staying together. The breakfast had a great spread and was sufficient enough. The staff is very helpful and will try to accommodate all requests possible.

The apartment has only 1 air conditioner which is in the living room. No fans in all the bedrooms hence you have to rely on the outside air for ventilation. It was very hot on 20th July and hence the outside air wasn’t enough for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was kind enough to provide standing fans for 3 rooms but the people in 4th room couldn’t sleep whole night. They need to be more specific about these things in the information provided during booking. Since it is far away from the city, there is no grocery store near the hotel and lastly the swimming pool water is too cold, it needs to be temperature controlled.
