This floor has two large comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom has 1 full-size bed and a twin over full bunk bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds, both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom has a modern rustic charm to it with a petrified wood sink and a roomy walk-in stone/tile shower. The loft is on the 2nd floor with a day bed and sitting area facing the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The master bedroom has a 4-post king-size log bed, a private lookout balcony, and a private bathroom with a toilet and sink. The lower level is a bright walkout basement with a sleep sofa, game room, a washer and dryer, and 2 sets of sliders that walk out to the fire pit area and swings. Very Peaceful, relaxing, and private. About 7-mile drive to the town of Greenville. Beaver Cove has a beautiful Association Beach with Picnic tables and, a basketball net, and the waters are protected. Great swim area with a raft.
