Staffs do not speak English. Have to depend on translation app.

Prior to the Holiday Inn I stayed at a 4-star hotel in Seoul and a 3-star in Suwon, and based on the overall experience this is my favourite hotel to date!🤩
The staff were friendly and informative upon check-in, the room was superb and had everything I needed and more. It was the only hotel I've stayed in so far that has face cloths (flannels).
I loved the art work and self-playing piano in the lobby, as well as the available eateries. So impressed with this hotel!
Nothing. Everything was great. I wish I could've stayed longer.

staff is very nice
I forgot to tell about the contact property before i’ve arrived. It quite difficult and use the long time to response. Moreover, they sent me to upgrade to the room with private bathroom. That make me confused and frustrated that there aren’t a bathroom in the room we choose.

Best of all, Max (can't remember his korean name) at the concierge helped me so much on 7/31 to help me find a bus to Busan. Without his help I would have missed my entire Busan trip. Thank you!

They upgraded us to the biggest suite, which was a surprising touch. We checked in late at around 8.30pm where most restaurants were closing due to the covid restrictions. The staff helped us to order food delivery (fried chicken). Beds were comfy.
location - i assume this area is mainly for business travellers, not a lot of shops around.

Breakfast was much better than I expect. Lots of choices and coffee and musli was great.
Bathroom lights were little too dark. And oh my hair dryer was broken already. I had to be careful to not get electric shock.

The military airport located next to the hotel was extremely noisy in the morning. Very distracting and definitely something that caused an unpleasant mood in the morning. The food in the restaurant in the lobby was extremely overpriced in relationship to the surrounding area.

Breakfast was good and had western options, but expensive, typical of hotel breakfasts.
The room was very hot. We tried to cool it with the AC but it couldn't really keep up. The only window was a tiny window on the floor level, behind one of the beds. Very odd. Didn't really help cool the room.
