very friendly staff, offered us breakfast with a smile, which was good.

I chose this place because the reviews were enthusiastic, but when my family and I checked into this hotel, we were disappointed: someone screamed under the window until late at night, the sound of flying planes woke me up all night. Everything was bad with cleanliness: no one had washed the top of the bed linen for a long time, because when I picked it up, there were a lot of someone's hair and crumbs under it. The floor in the room was covered in long black hair and the bathroom had a lot of mold in the corners. The beds creaked and were not stable.

don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper

weird shower that was either boiling hot or cold, very thin walls so could hear the people in the room above us very clearly.

Excellent value for money, don’t have high expectations of breakfast

Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff and top notch Thai kitchen. I have been at the Langham but I prefer The Swan Inn. Loved the Tuesday pub quiz.

Breakfast was very meager. Only some toast, cereals, tea, bit of fruit and spreads. The heating in my room was not manageable. However still excellent value for money.

I got a great night's sleep and got the airport refreshed with a good breakfast inside me

Having multiple room options including having a private bathroom. Breakfast was just what I needed before my flight, a continental style breakfast. Having a key to get into after the pub closed for the night was a big plus. Close to Heathrow

A little far from the tube, but there is a bus that stops fairly close.

A lovely relaxing short break

Location was great as there were so many buses to get us to where we wanted to go. The cooked breakfast was good only on a Saturday and Sunday and also the continental breakfast was good. The bedroom was comfortable but a little noisy when guests were not being mindful when going to their rooms. Parking free sat and sun right outside the swan

I did miss a hair drier in the room that is the only thing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and we feel we have made new friends and will miss them

Alarm going off at 12 midnight and running for approximately 30 to 45 minutes would seem to be no response from the hotel or anyone else. It was a hell of a thing and a hell of a noise and ruin the whole night when we had to get up super early the next morning

Family stay

The room was big.All the towels toiletries tea coffee biscuits was a lovely gesture.

The bed springs was sticking up all over.The en suite drain in the shower was that bad that there was nats coming up through it and the smell was awful so we had to put a towel over the plug hole to stop the nats and smell

i dropped my handbag, which meant i left my airpods behind, leaving the property very early in the morning and this lady sent me them in the post...absolutely amazing. in a large chain that wouldn't have happened - i know this through experience with another item

ideal location for Heathrow and other locations we would stay again

the swan inn was lovely staff were all very friendly and helpful the food was lovely and reasonably priced

rooms were spacious and clean with tea and coffee facilities bathroom was clean
