Exceptional

Our stay at Albachiara was great! Three of stayed and the accommodations left plenty of room. It has a loft design which was great for separated space, and the view we had from our balcony of the palace square and the ocean were beautiful.

Good value and an enjoyable stay overall!

The view of the Piazza below and Mt. Vesuvius is mesmerizing. It was nice having the separation between the bedroom and living area/kitchen with the loft set up. The host purchased some breakfast items for us which was much appreciated. The air conditioning was decent though I like it very cold which it didn't seem to get, perhaps due to the nature of it being a loft. The location was good, close to shopping and places to eat and a short walk to catch a ferry to the Amalfi coast or Ischia as we did. This was our second stay at this location, with the last being in 2015. We would come back again to Bella Napoli!

When we arrived, we discovered the elevator was not working. As a result, we had to lug our luggage up 123 steps which was not the best way to start our stay to say the least! The head room in the bathroom is a little low so if you are 6 foot or over be careful! The shower is large enough but on the smaller side. There also is no ledge to put soap or anything. The bed was just so-so comfort wise. The kitchen furniture could have been more comfortable as well.

Exceptional

Charming apartment at the great location with the fantastic view, on the short distance to every part of the city that tourists have to see. Mrs Alba was very kind waited for us after the midnight because of delayed flight on our arrival. Thank you again!

We expected some fresh things in the fridge to prepare the breakfast. But the big grocery store is very close, so that was not the problem.

Very good

Good location. Comfortable for 2 kids and 2 adults. Friendly staff. Quite area. In the house is very good elevator, comfortable for elders and kids.

First day wasn't hot water absolutely and others days was ok. In apartment no washing and dishwashing machine ant thats ok for short stays.

Perfect location with amazing view, bed are comfortable and the apartment have everything you need.

The keys to appartement are little bit problematic always was needing to play with the key to open the main door to the building. Shower are little bit small.. But for the rest everything was perfect. Will come back for sure if we ever go to Napoli again.

Design of the place is cool, inside. Friendly stuff. Good view. Good value for money.

Included breakfast is some groceries in the fridge. Air condition is to weak for this room, can be too hot sometimes up on the gallery room. You need to use 5 keys to get inside from the street. Some doors and elevator is over half century old. After we asked, we got toillet paper.
