The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was really good, and the view from the rooftop was beautiful! It was easy to walk to and from the property to the beach or restaurants.
We didn’t have a shower curtain, so the bathroom would get pretty wet after showering.

Nothing.
Where do we begin. We had a horrific experience.
We got robbed at machete point by two masked men at the beach, told the staff, and they showed zero compassion. They stole our phone, and money. My husband got cut by the machete and needed stitches. We did not feel safe in Taganga , the police did nothing, the police did not care. We needed to leave earlier than our reservation due to safety, but they would not refund us, even given the circumstances.
There are 3 WiFi's connections, they gave us the password to the WiFi that DID NOT WORK AT ALL. There was another guest in the lobby who was there when we were talking to the staff about the robbery incident, crying, trying to get a refund and book a new hotel without WiFi. Luckily she was VERY KIND, and spoke both English and Spanish so she translated for us. She told us they told her that they did not want to give us the good WiFi password, I have NO IDEA why! Racist if you ask us. There's no other reason.
We booked a double room and got put into a dorm room (although we had it to ourselves, but that's not the point).
The location is far from the centre.
Staff had their kids swimming in the pool.
No hot water in the shower.

We had a great stay! The room was nice and clean. The hostel is a 5-10 min walk to town. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing and the view was beautiful.

Great view from the terrace, plenty of hammocks, 2 pools, good breakfast. Staff is nice but you need to speak Spanish here.
The last day my coffee was served cold and the eggs had a crazy amount of salt on them.
