Superb

The flat was exceptionally clean, loads of space with a fantastic view on the seafront. It was also very central with everything you need on your doorstep.

The only downside was the parking. Parking was very near the flat & in the daytime was great but arriving at night to an underground carpark where groups of youngsters where hanging around was a little unsettling for my youngest child. If a family are arriving I'd suggest dropping off at the flat door then a adult parking the car.

Very good

Great location. Many places to eat, plenty of entertainment for the children nearby and lovely seaview. Parking was very convenient too.

Kitchen feels too hot and only one toilet. It would be nice to have mirrors in the all the bedrooms.

The flat was filthy. You know when you enter a hotel room / flat, if it is caed for you would get that fresh crisp feeling. It would make you happy? This wasn't the case in this flat. We didn't feel comfortable. We didn't want to touch anything. The floor was dusty and full of crumbs from previous guests. We even found a piece of pizza under the table. Everywhere was dusty. Toilet and bathtub were not cleaned properly and had some hair. Plates, cups , bowls and cutlery weren't clean we had to wash them before we use them . We called office to complain and they sent someone over to "clean" but still it was not up to standards you would expect. For the money I paid I would expect much more, don't waste of your money here , find somewhere else to stay.

Superb

Nice size rooms , and property close to everything . Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

Could get a bit noisy of a evening. But that was it really . Just one more little thing , would recommend to change the door in hall, as it opens towards front door, and became a pain to come in and out of the property.

Perfect family apartment

The location was great and only 5-10 mins walk away from the train station and town centre. only 10-15 mins away from attractions like crazy golf, arcades and aquarium. The aparment was clean and tidy, had basic essentials like shower gel and tea/coffee. The beds were super comfy and had free view/netflix. The view was amazing and hearing the sea was very calming.

Being 6 months pregnant i struggled with the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment and the lift didnt work.

Lovely apartment lots of space clean and bright we really enjoyed our stay. Welcomed by a great selection of cereals, teas, and biscuits which was needed after the travel.

I suffer with a heart condition, I didn't realise there would be so many stairs. This impacted my stay getting the lift up and running would be beneficial. Windows were dirty with bird poo. The views from the windows at the front are beautiful this would stand out more with clean windows.

Very enjoyable relaxed stay with beautiful serene views

Location was excellent, sea view was superb. Very thoughtful owners left plenty of kitchen & bathroom essentials. Having everything to make a beverage on arrival was lovely. Great spacey bright apartment. Very modestly styled uncluttered and clean.

Bathroom sink didn't have a plug, layout of rooms very odd, front double doors opening different ways made it awkward to enter. Badly needs a full length mirror. Rough homeless sleepers in view of the apartment, tent on grass not a good view to see. Made pizzas not burned but smoke alarm went off & we couldn't open the nearest window & the cooker hood didn't work. Parking for disabled a huge issue, under parking didn't take cash or card, required using an app where there was no data signal to download.

Large flat very central. Clean when we arrived. Beautiful views.

The flat was on the 3rd floor lift didn't work, my husband who has a bad heart and false knee struggled with the stairs. The toilet is loose and needs looking at.

Perfect location

Lovely apartment, parking nice and easy with 24hr underground parking out the front, you can just top up with card at machine £8 24hrs. Apartment really clean and spacious, had little extras, towels, coffee pods, free wifi. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking but had everything you needed. Great location, communication beforehand was good. Sat nav postcode took us to the back of the apartments, best use the Carlisle underground carpark postcode. Perfect accommodation for a short break.

There was a festival in Hastings and the next door flat was very loud until 5am, however we knocked and spoke to them, next night was peaceful. The weather was extremely windy, the front windows whistle really loudly in living room and in bedroom they need adjusting. Bathroom could do with a touchup and regrout.

All excellent, very comfortable sleep, good location, highly recommended.

Maybe instead of dishwasher there should be washing machine and dryer for clothes, but honestly it's not a big deal.

Location and view excellent. Really lovely apartment on the whole. Would return

One of the rooms smelt of smoke. We would have liked hand wash in the bathroom. Washing-up liquid would have be useful in the kitchen. Windows where really dirty.

Relaxing and sunny.

Nicely decorated front room, decent electrical facilities ( fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, smart tv, iron and ironing board), some good recommendations on the house booklet.

Bathroom could do with a bit of sprucing up, mattress in the bedroom next to the bathroom could have been slightly better quality. Would have been useful to have a cloth to wipe the kitchen, one more tea towel and a dustpan for crumbs.

Good

The location was excellent, near to sea front and restaurants, the lounge was very spacious with lovely views of the sea.

There was a hair dryer listed in items at the property, unfortunately we couldn’t find it, it wasn’t a big problem but i didn’t take mine, maybe remove this from your listing.

Exceptional

The apartment was gorgeous the View with absolutely stunning the location of it was brilliant good value for money excellent

The only thing i did not like was the doors was very heavy to open up and they almost slammed on one of the children's fingers and also in the bathroom I did not like there's no slip mats on the floor it's quite dangerous
