Excellent location in a beautiful area from which to explore Poblado and the rest of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff, incredibly clean facility and great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

I really dont't know if is possible but reduce the noise that is coming from the outisde, but isn't a noise that wont make you sleep, i was with my family and everybody slept well throughout the stay

The staff was phenomenal. They were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was top notch.
The public bath and jacuzzi listed under well-being were one public bathroom. There are jacuzzis in some of the rooms but there was none for all of the guests. The day we arrived there was extremely loud construction in the building which made it impossible to rest.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to Provenza and Lleras, an important zone with several restaurants options.
kind of small and sometimes we found the main door closed and the ring bell didn’t work. we needed to wait till someone came.

The location, comfortable accommodations, safe, but more importantly, Alex, Laura and Jorge went above and beyond each time we asked for their assistance with restaurant recommendations, ground transportation, etc.
Loved their front porche with the bistro tables where we drank “tinto” and café con leche (on the house) in the afternoon. Will definitely book this hotel again, but next time we will probably book their fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms, dining and living room (with sleeper sofa) kitchen, etc.
A little gem👍🏼
Did not dislike anything. Actually, it was better than expected

the price and cleanliness. it was in a part of poblado that was quiet. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the air conditioner worked very well. the shower water pressure was excellent.
the included breakfast was very sub par. Colombia has many amazing and exotic fruits (to the average westerner) but the fruit offered was banana (sometimes), watermelon(flavorless), pineapple (seemed almost canned), and papaya (sometimes). and eggs were the only main offering. for someone staying for 10 days, eating eggs every day is not really an option. lighting in the bathroom (room 402) was awful.

The staff is absolutely amazing. All of them. Helpful, always smiling, they are this hotel's greatest asset. Also, the location is really nice.
Our first issue was the smell in the morning. Our room was flooded with cooking smell from the kitchen, so bad that even the AC was pointless. Then the noise. It's unbearable, all the rooms close with a bang and it makes for a horrible experience.

I did not receive the room I paid for, instead a noise room on the street!!
8.0 / 10.0
The hotel is located very well just around the corner of the main street. Therefore it was generally pretty quiet. Breakfast was solid but had to be taken outside where it was sometimes a bit cold and rainy. WiFi was pretty good as we were located next to the common area.
Our room was next to the reception and our only window was towards the common area. People could watch directly into our room when we opened the window, which was necessary because there was no air ventilation. Due to the location of the room we could hear a lot of noise from the hotel.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Took their recomendations and had the best tour to Guatape. Hotel is extremely close to the action yet far enough we did not hear the party noise at night. Excellent water pressure in the showers. The three bed room was very large with enough space for three adults comfortably for three nights.
There was nothing I didn't like about this place.

Good value for the location. Clean. Very close to so many restaurants, places to go out, currency exchange places, and a great laundry service place just around the corner. 1.5km to the Metro. The biggest highlight were all 4 staff at the front desk who were so friendly and helpful, answering any questions, giving recommendations and calling a cab when we needed. We enjoyed the convenient, hot breakfast that was included too.
The noise from the street and people walking past the room was not bad, but I still kept ear plugs ready if needed.

This was a great little hotel in the middle of the tourist section of Medellin. The staff were the best part about the hotel. They went out of there way to make sure you where taken care of and had everything you needed. The hotel was also a couple of blocks away from the main street so it was a lot quieter than other hotels I have stayed at in the area. The room were clean, comfortable and had great hot water. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to land.
Nothing.
