chambre spacieuse bien insonorisée, lit confortable, frigo,

Room upgrade, thalasso therapy pools and sauna, booking.com genius discount. Very clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff.
Restaurant set dinner may work better if there were simpler options.

Despite what the website said, there is plenty of parking at the hotel.
It was quite a long way from the centre of town - about half an hour's walk.

Super emplacement, face à la mer, proche de la ville close a pied.
Quitter l'hôtel !

size and soundproofing of bedroom, bathtub
'thalasso' is a mere heated pool, quite small in size.
No shops and restaurants next to the hôtel,
which is 25' walk from downtown Concarneau.
The hotel is rather expensive.

The location was in walking distance of the town and had a lovely sea view. the out door pool was nice.
A lot of things seem to be broken. The safe in one of our rooms, the fridge in another. No wifi for the endurance of our stay.
2.0 / 5.0
that the parking was easily accessible and in front of the entrance of the hotel.
I was extremely disappointed by this hotel. The junior suite was small and very poorly decorated. My room within the junior suite was very noisy as the hotel is overlooking the main road. The swimming pool is in the middle of a garden surrounded by a ugly fence with no shade, no trees, no umbrellas either.
Maybe it is because of the lack of experienced staff at the moment, but we had to deal with very unexperienced people who said no our requests before trying to find a solution.

Clean and modern, dinner generally good, apart from overcooked fish (Pollock). Resort well positioned
, reception very good.
Breakfast was a disappointment, food not replenished without asking and waiting, limited choice, not as good as most hotels we have stayed at in France. While room has a fridge and sink in dressing area ( superior room) no tea of coffee facilities, no kettle, and only a couple of plastic beakers ( no glasses). Hotel seems characterless.u

spa; room spaciousness; proximity to the beach; friendly reception staff; free parking; the weather is always great and this time round we had an extension of our summer - so warm and sunny.
every year less staff speak English, so it makes it difficult to talk about complex things (e.g. types of spa services; ranges of cosmetics on offer etc.)

The spa was exceptional. A really great stay.

Large pool And jacuzzi section with regular courses. Extensive breakfast options. Location across beach and sailing school.
The check-in was problematic. Too little explanation why we had to install a French app not for foreigners, the code of which was not scannable BC of reflections. This had me hyperventilating. The onus was on rules, not on hospitality during the stay. No wearing of swimshorts at the swimmingpool, no stealing of robes or slippers. This had me waving the slippers at check out at the receptionist and making photos of everything I've left behind. The level of mistrust was amazing.

We loved absolutely everything. The room was spotless clean. Every day. They arranged the hour when they were coming to clean, and when we were late, then they would come again. I feel bad I did not leave any tip for the cleaners, should really have done that. The spa was absolutely fantastic. Such a range of various facilities - hammam, sauna, 3 pools, jacuzzi, and water was coming from the ocean, no chloride, all spotless clean and great spa and massage facilities. The staff so professional and the prices of cosmetics you want to buy after are a good bargain. The breakfast was very well organised - you do a list and they bring back to you all you ordered. Proper tea (real leaf tea, not the tea bags which I hate) and some local Breton delicacies. The location is great. Just in front of the sea, and lots of parking. The view from the room on the sea was absolutely gorgeous. We loved every minute of this and we will certainly come back.
Restaurant menu was not what we expected, but then if you need something extra there are plenty outlets in the city centre, so no real problem at all.

the spa is excellent, well-organised, in particular in light of social distancing. Congratulations to the hotel and Spa team of the hotel!

The breakfast was ok, but overpriced. Could have better hot options.
