We enjoyed our stay immensely. The second floor had great ocean views from the balcony and the sun room/dinning room. The first floor also had a bit of a view off the living room. The young adults in our party enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. One member of our party was in a wheelchair and was able to access the game room and first floor main room, kitchen, bathroom, and main bedroom.
Beach access is a very short walk, and just a few blocks further was beach access that was wheelchair accessible.
We will likely be back again!

Hard to complain with this house. I wouldnt expect a high level luxury expirence, but it is a great place to hangout and have a fun time with friends. This house is more than anyone could need for a good weekend at the Oregon Coast.

The house itself was super roomy and in a great location. It needs maintanence bad though and the cleaning people arent great. It was pretty dirty when we arroved, the hot tub was not usable and there was not 1 single room where everything worked. Thank goodness we didnt plan on using all the beds because 3 were unusable or missing linens. There was a whole bathroom downstairs with no light. All the showers had issues. It was in dire need of maintence and a deep cleaning. Other than that it was great. For the proce, location and seperation if space in the hoise we are super happy!

This house is rather large. The ocean view is amazing!!! The only small problem was one of the down stairs TV didn't work. Not a deal breaker by any stretch. We did see whales and dolphins.

We're a big Vacasa users and have reserved many homes from Vacasa. This one was a disappointment. The good - close by beach access. Large house to accommodate a big family with a game room. The not so good - The refrigerator was broken (still not fixed from the May 2022 review). The kitchen pots and pans are old non-stick with PTFE/Teflon coating flaking off . It was lacking wash cloths and hand towels. Hot tub could use a nice cleaning. It's really a 2 bedroom with 3 common sleeping areas. Vacasa local team was very responsive and looked into these, but some of these items just can't be fixed once the house is reserved.

Good beach access. Great for a large group not concerned about too much privacy. Be sure you do the 3D walkthrough before you book. You have to walk through 2 of the “Bedrooms” to access certain sections. Kinda old and needs updating. Not as clean as it could be.

Location was great. The house not so much.

The house was unique, there are many stairs and many rooms. There were three distinct family areas that were great for the families who came. The view was nice but obstructed; not the clear view some of the previous reviews talked about. The beach was close and beautiful with few people.
The house needs some work. It was surface clean but there needs to be some deep cleaning. There is an active bird nest in the vents in the overhang. Some of the vents have screens but a few do not. The hot tub was nice. The game room was fun. The house size was perfect....compared to other beach rentals we have enjoyed, we do not feel Neptune's Trident is worth the price.

This was a great house for a large group, beach access and having the house on a dead end road was a bonus. We enjoyed the secluded area in the back with the fire pit every night. There were a few things that we were frustrated with when we arrived. The game room had a broken couch with a pull out bed left in the entry of the game room, we had to shove the broken bed back into the couch and push it against the wall so we could enter the room. The front water handle was so corroded and rusted that the little stub broke off the second day we were there and we couldn't use the front hose to clean off after that. From previous reviews it said the hot tub was not hot when they arrived. We did check as soon as we got there, it was definitely hot enough but the bottom had a very nice layer of sand that was not cleaned out and the water was very cloudy. There were some other items in the house that were normal wear and tear and didn't bother us, we just were concerned that we would get charged for the minor tears on screen doors, curtains and couches.
Only thing I would have changed was having the two twin bedrooms not be in the main walk ways of the house. No privacy in these rooms, we had a few early risers so we were able to put them in those rooms so it wouldn't bother the others. Overall we had a great time, lots of kitchen supplies to use while cooking for our big group. Thank you for the many brooms and dustpans, we used them every day to help keep the sand trails cleaned up from our journeys to the beach. We would rent again for our family get together.

Walking distance to beach. Ocean view. Lots of room. Clean beds and linens provided.

Overall everything was fine for our big group. The only thing I would recommend better maintenance on hot tub. There was sand in it before we got in and water was low. The temp was also not as hot as it should be.

We loved the spacious home and the game room! Pingpong and pool. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not working and we had to empty our perishables to thaw the frozen coils. Also the downstair thermostat was rusted and not working. Vacasa was able to send a maintenance person, but was unable to repair the refrigerator and had to pickup a new thermostat the next day. The appliance tech came the 2nd day and could not fix the refrigerator either. After 3 days of running up and downstairs to get our food from the small refrigerator to cook in the kitchen the ice thawed from the coils and the refrigerator began working. We should have suspected the refrigerator had a problem when we got there and it was turned to the lowest setting. Just one more easy thing to help keep the house clean would be coat hooks as you enter the house and a shoe tray. The weather was great!

Spent my 40th bday at this beach house and it was such a great time. Everyone had a bed, I liked the separate unique rooms it has. The house was a hit and we loved it being so close to beach access! We would come back!

Pleasant stay
It was an amazing home/stay for me and my family to spend quality time together. The beach is so close to the home. The only issue I came across was that the hot tub was very cold when’s got there and decided to get in. I had to wait the next day for it to heat up. Also the hot tub lid straps were broken so that may be the reason it took a while to heat up too. The downstairs smelled a little like dog but it’s understandable since it says in the description that dogs are allowed. The book said checkout is 11 which confused me but the cleaning lady was nice enough to just let us know it was time for checkout. The features of the house was amazing and even though it was rainy… it gave us a lot to do. Thanks for letting us stay there

Perfect for a large gathering
This home is perfect for a large gathering without being on top of one and other, the house is set up to accommodate a large family gathering and yet allowing for separation of groups at the end of the day, we loved this home and hope to rent it again in the future.

Wow, Unique
The place was so spacious and had everything we needed for plates, towels, loved the added bonus of pool table, ping pong, and hot tub, close to ocean, two kitchens, lots of bed rooms, so great for multiple family units to go together and have their own space to stay in being sectioned off. Loved that because we had 3 house holds staying here and we all had our own space but then could gather together in the big upstairs dining.
Such a fun and cool place to stay.

Nice place
House had lots of areas to escape the large group. Two bedrooms were hallways to other parts of house. Probably wouldn't use those rooms again. Not very private.

Beautiful home!!
This home is beautiful, and full of every necessity you would need! This is the perfect place for a large family/group, with plenty of space to spread out, or hangout together. 2 kitchens and a kitchenette stocked with essentials. Theres great view of ocean, and short walk to a nice beach. Awesome additions with the hot tub, fire pit and game room (ping pong, pool table). There were air mattresses with pumps in almost every closet, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Good parking on a dead end street. 10 out of 10 would recommend! (Side note: Vacasa was super accommodating when changes needed to be made at a different location, and were very friendly to work with)

Great location and views. You can hear the ocean in the living room and bedrooms and the beach access is very close. Cool house with central heating, which is cozy for rainy nights. Perfect for numerous guests. Vacasa was accessible and great to deal with. I would love to stay again.

Needs to be cleaned better
The house was large and the view was nice. The floors however were dirty and there were cigarette butts on the ground by the hot tub. The upstairs snarled like people had smoked in it as well.

Great location
The place was exactly what I expected. The great view of the waves from the second floor, the game room, hot tub. Had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have a great stay.

Nice house. Nice location
The view is awesome. Lots of kitchens and lots of bathrooms and a whole separate wing to stick all the kids in. Worked out great. Only bad point, two of the bedrooms were more like hallways to the rest of the house. Not a big deal just a little less privacy....

Some things could be fixed. Like the downstairs shower, the upstairs sink, the lack of heat downstairs. Had a great time at this interesting house but any longer than two nights at this spot and I would have started calling for repairs.

NEVER RENT THIS HOME!!!!!!!!
I am going to start with this, we came to the beach for what was supposed to be a great birthday weekend for myself. We did a lot of research in trying to find the right home and I wanted to go somewhere we hadn’t stayed before so we booked this home.
We had 3 adults and 5 children with us. One of our daughters is 15 and is fighting leukemia, she had a full bone marrow transplant in June and is far enough out now that we thought a weekend away for her might be nice after almost 3 months in the hospital and several complications.
We stayed Thursday-Monday. By Monday our sick daughter was coughing so badly she could barely breathe, we ended up having to take her to the ER on the way home and she was diagnosed with bronchitis because of the mold and lack of care in this home.
There is broken furniture, moldy walls, no lower drawers in the fridge, hardly and pans to cook with and what is there is so overly used all your food just sticks. Not very many glasses, the carpet is a mess, the deck is in shambles and dirty, the floors were sticky and still sand everywhere when we arrived. We took several pictures.
The very first night we arrived the home alarm went off twice, there were zero instructions provided about anything home alarm related. There was also no working heat downstairs, there was one slider knob type heat system upstairs that supposedly controlled the whole house, the maintenance man ended up bringing us space heaters. The gas stoves don’t work even though they’re shown as an amenity in the photos of the home. This place is ridiculous
The stove downstairs doesn’t even work, the knobs on the stove upstairs don’t turn correctly but the maintenance man just decided to remove the knob as a quick fix even though the gas stove made the house feel of gas. Every time you use the oven the smoke alarm goes off....
In regards to the bedrooms, the 2 twin rooms that have pull out trundles shouldn’t even be rooms, you have to walk through them in order to get to either kitchen or living room area on either floor level offering no privacy to anyone in those rooms. The main rooms with the king beds and 2 double beds provide anyone little comfort or sleep. The beds squeak so loudly anytime you move that even a heavy sleeper gets woken up. The mattresses are old and saggy and the springs stab you when you move as well.
The complaints about the cleanliness and overall care of this home go back 5 (count it FIVE YEARS) and clearly no one cares enough about it to make a difference.
Don’t book this place, EVER!!!!! Also the pictures are NOTHING like what the home actually looks like.....I will never stay again and will be in touch with management requesting a refund of some sort

Needs some work
The house and location is great. There was some issues with the house. Downstairs shower cold water knob broken so I had to use vise grips to use cold water. The downstairs oven did not work. I tried contacting owner and groundskeeper and no answer for the fix. Overall cleanliness was not to good liquid stains on walls and furniture is ripped and stained. Dining table chairs had broken arms. Game room was awesome and view is really good. No curtains on the upstairs dining room was a little uncomfortable everyone from the street can see in all hours of the night. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall good stay just need to update and clean home better. Thank you we made some wonderful family memories.

Good afternoon I wanted to share the bad experience I had in that house, I found it very dirty, windows and door, and apart from that we did not have cable Internet, the house had many spiders webs, and they told us that it had a basketball court and not with all that, a truck arrived to download Some thing that was to fix the roof so we had to wait to actually mount things in the car and excuse me but I would not recommend that house to anyone I should fix it because it is nothing of what you see on the page

Room listing is deceiving
We have good and bad feedback for this house- first off, it's not actually a 5 bedroom home. There are three true bedrooms available, plus two more non-private hall spaces with bedrooms. You can't access the common spaces without passing through either of these other two "bedrooms", and the upstairs one is fully open to the living room ceiling, so not a quiet space if others are still awake.
The game room is splendid, location is amazing, and overall the house offers a great deal of kitchen and living space to enjoy. For our group, a family with 2 couples, 2 single adults, and one child, we made it work ok (we all went to bed about the same time), but for a group of friends or business colleagues, the lack of 5 true private bedrooms would be very awkward!

Our Bella Luna Stay
We had plenty of room for the whole family. It could use some sprucing up (paint and newer furniture) but on the plus side we did not have to worry that the littles were going to mess something up.

Location, Location, Location
In the world of real estate, location, location, location wins the day. The Bella Luna nails all three. Nestled near the end of the quiet dead end street, the Bella Luna has views of the ocean from their upstairs picturesque windows. And the walk to the beach is short and sweet. The public, but lightly visited beach is peaceful and relaxing and the depth of the sandy shores would rival any of the renowned beaches in the world. The televisions, multiple kitchens, multiple bathrooms, wifi, spa, and game room were all nice features to enjoy throughout our stay.
The Bella Luna may be considered a bit outdated, the beds in the two king rooms are squeaky, but comfortable, and the two pass-through rooms require some manageable coordination. In the end, the Bella Luna is very functional, roomy for a group of 14 or less, and the quiet location with ocean views and beach access were spectacular. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it to others.

Surprised
Sure the house is a bit outdated and choppy, but it served its purpose. The kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The porch off the main kitchen needs some love and there was a dead bird in it. Flooring / carpet is a bit dated . Could have used more hot tub towels but overall we really enjoyed the home.
