Lo mejor de Via Novoli es Novoli B&B

La ubicación privilegiada justo frente a un centro comercial con restaurantes, cafés y un supermercado. Además, se encuentra al costado de la línea 2 del tranvía, con fácil acceso al centro histórico, a los palacios y a los museos. Un excelente trato de parte del anfitrion y unas instalaciones muy cómodas. Recomiendo esta opción de alojamiento ampliamente.

Todo estuvo excelente, aunque lo único malo fue que no pude quedarme más tiempo en Florencia para explorarla con más detenimiento. Tal vez eso sea un indicativo de que debo volver pronto para tener una experiencia completa.

Wouldn’t really recommend but affordable and near city

There was a balcony and it’s near a mall which was helpful, beds were pretty comfy and they provided towels. Basic rooms that have beds, mirror, wardrobe and shared bathroom. Staff were nice too which is why I’m sad this is a bad review !

There were literal bed bugs and at least 20 mosquitoes in our room, we tried to close the door but the door was broken so they just kept coming in. Everyone slept under the sheet to not get bitten but we did. Shower didn’t really work as it didn’t stay up so you have to hold it. Ran out of toilet paper and there was also bugs in the bathroom. Lock on the bathroom was also impossible and super stiff. Also loud traffic outside, I had to wear earplugs. I wouldn’t really say I’d recommend it but it’s affordable and it’s somewhere to stay.

Ottima posizione a Novoli

Molto comoda da raggiungere, praticamente di fronte alla fermata del tram. Avevo prenotato una stanza con bagno privato esterno ma mi hanno dato il bagno in camera, molto molto gentili. La stanza molto semplice, carina, pulita. Sicuramente ci tornerò, quando ne avrò l’occasione

alla reception accoglienti e disponibili per le info sull'appartamento e i mezzi i trasporto. Stanza e bagno puliti .Comodo al centro con la tramvia evitando stress del traffico e parcheggio.

Aunque está lejos del centro, está muy cerca de una parada de tranvía que te lleva en unos 10-15 minutos. Reservamos una habitación con baño privado externo y nos la cambiaron por una que tenía el baño en la habitación y una terraza muy grande.

Había muchos mosquitos en la habitación para ser noviembre, por más que los matábamos, no dejaban de aparecer. Hacía mucho frio en la habitación y el aire caliente no funcionaba. La limpieza es mejorable.

Buona la posizione

Avevamo ordinato una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato esterno e al nostro arrivo è stata convertita in una quadrupla con bagno privato interno. Presente l'aria condizionata. Posizione assolutamente comoda.

Il materasso risulta essere più grande della rete con cigolii e cedimenti del materasso. Il set di asciugamani era ridotto a un singolo telo doccia a persona. Non presenti nel bagno tappeto doccia e appendi asciugamani o contenitori per posizionare spazzolini e dentifrici. Nel bagno il microfono della doccia rotto. Una tapparella non funzionava e una era bloccata. INVASIONE di zanzare data l'assenza di zanzariere. Rumori notturni persistenti dai piani superiori e dalla strada.

Gran experiencia

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia, habíamos apartado una habitación de 4 camas con baño externo y Nos cambiaron de habitación, a una de baño privado y nos dejaron solo a los 3. Tenía aire acondicionado,las camas cómodas limpias, la cocina confortable y la estación está a sólo 4 minutos que te lleva al centro en 20min.

Excellent service. The staff was very helpful. Great location right in front of the mall. There is an express wash just around the corner. I would go back again. So convenient and super clean rooms 😀

Superb

This was such a great hostel with very nice and helpful staff! It was very clean with very good ac and it worked surprisingly well with the private external bathrooms (in which the shower was great too). It was super close to the train station that takes you right to the center of Florence and a supermarket was just around the corner as well.

No problems. Great staff. Safe area close to tram with many conviences.

Had a great stay. Staff was super accommodating and worked with me to hold luggage after checkout. Had my own private balcony which was very nice. Great location next to tram stop, a Coop grocery, coffee shop and mall. Super convenient self access in and out of building. Internet worked fine for checking work emails. Safe building and safe area that’s new and up and coming. was even near a Mailboxes Etc. if you need to mail things home(super helpful also). And I discovered a lovely new park about 10 min. from hotel as well. Room is not luxury but the location and area has a lot of pluses.

Location to tram N#2 nd COOP supermarket.

Sink was blocked and Air Conditioning did not work. Noise levels were a bit high from traffic and other guests especially in the reception area. Floor of room could do with a good clean. A small table in the room would be good. Shared facilities did not have any utensils or crockery. Would not recommend to stay here.
