Gutes Hotel, aber trotzdem schade

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Zimmer war großzügig, gute Klimaanlage und zu öffnende Fenster. Gutes Frühstück, es gab Orangensaft (muss zwischenzeitlich erwähnt werden😒)

Ich war sehr enttäuscht, dass es kein Restaurant mit regionaler Küche gab. Im Hotel ist ein asiatisches Lokal. Wie in vielen anderen Hotels verstehe ich den Trend zu Aufbackbrötchen nicht. Kann nicht beim ortsansässigen Bäcker bestellt werden?

Gute Wahl für die Zwischenstopps bei einer langen Reise.

Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut für die Gäste, die mit einem Auto reisen.

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. War notwendig, da wir Medikamente kühl lagern mussten.

Ich komme wieder und werde bei zukünftigen Bucungen auf Best Western Hotels schauen.

Zimmer wirkte total neu und super sauber. Alles da was man braucht. WLan war kostenlos. Frühstück war sehr gut. Top Kaffeeautomaten.

Nice, confy, modern hotel

Confy bed, not diverse, but good breakfast, good parking spot

Everything nice until the cleaning lady knocked to the door twice, before the checkout time for cleaning the room… Also some more facilities were good… i wanted to make some remote work and there was literally no place where to stay and work … beside 3 small tables which were already occupied given that the hotel is pretty big…

Bad experience (no AC, practically no WiFi)

Rooms were ok, breakfast fine.

We picked this hotel over others because it was advertised as having air-conditioned rooms. We were therefore deeply disappointed to arrive and find the AC is broken (and has been for a while). Fans did not help, as the rooms were scorching hot. Also, having to leave the windows open, we realized people the hotel area for makeshift car racing throughout the night. Also: as a family of 5 we booked two rooms and asked that they be close. We got two rooms in the same floor, but nowhere close to one another. Finally, the WiFi did not work more than it did.

Would be back again

The receptionist at check-in was super helpful. It was a Sunday and every place was closed. I asked how i could get dinner, and the receptionist suggested an online platform where i could order food delivery. Else, the rooftop bar offers some pizzas too. The hotel room size seems bigger than the typical Munich ones. Pillows and bed were comfortable that I slept well daily. The walking distance to our Unterfoehring office was very convenient.

The hotel is quite a distance to walk from the S-Bahn station, through small lanes. With a big luggage, it's quite exhausting. At night, when returning from the city, the lane from the S-Bahn station was very dark, the lights were very dim

Very good

The property is in a great location away from (but also close enough to) the city. I loved the rooftop terrace and the sushi restaurant attached to the hotel had some of the best sushi I’ve ever had.

I just wish there was a spa/massage service on site at the hotel.

Outstanding hotel but with bad parking options

Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of high-quality produce, freshly baked bread and buns, smoothies, juices, teas and coffees. The staff was kind and attentive and the rooms were very clean and well-equipped.

The parking is 16 euros a night which is a huge extra cost so factor that into your stay. The street parking is only good for 3 hours so there is no other option than to pay the parking fee overnight. For a location so far away from the city centre, such high parking fee is a little silly.

Very good

The room was good- clean and comfortable. There was a restaurant onsite which was convenient.

It was a bit far from the central Munich. The train station was a km away and there was only one train connecting you. The location was a bit secluded also.
