The property was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed.

Absolutely stunning location. If we're ever up that way again, we'd definitely look at booking here. The grounds were fantastic, and the lodge itself was stunning (I genuinely didn't want to come home)
We stayed in Little Tithe Barn, and it was just dreamy. It's extremely dog friendly. Our Milo loved sitting in the window and observing. He had lots of space outside to roam and go about his business and play with his beloved ball!
It was clean, cosy, comfy, and in a great location. Didn't really see any people (other guests or staff) apart from as we were departing, and he was a very lovely chap!
There was nothing we didn't like.
I will say, however, given that it is dog friendly, there was nowhere to put your used poop bags. We didn't want to put them in the bin in the barn due to the smell, and the black bins weren't available whilst we were here.
As a general suggestion, perhaps somewhere communal outside the barns where poop bags can be disposed of in the case of the black bins not being available.
Thankfully, we bumped into a lovely chap as we were leaving (we'd kept the bags tied up outside the barns front door for our stay) who very kindly offered to dispose of them for us (we did offer to take them home!)

Great lodge lovely location peaceful and perfect for a girls weekend
The only thing I would suggest is there was no hand soap in the downstairs toilet.. it would also be good if there was shower gel available for the shower only as no one brought any!

Clean and Spacious. Quite position and Dog friendly
We had no fans and it was incredibly hot as windows only small

Very clean, well equipped and really comfortable beds. The surrounding countryside is lovely and only a couple of minutes drive to the riverbank (excellent for our fishing on the Trent).
Noisy neighbours, but this is not the owners fault.

Lovely location, very peaceful and relaxing
No radio, although this was available via the TV the signal was very intermittent so lost signal

lovely area to explore
a sign to the property nearer the sharp turn into morton village would be helpful but can understand why not there

Not much to dislike

The location is fab and the set up very good - minor issue re beds - see next comment. But we've been here a few times now and love it and will come back again.
There are 2 single beds which are extremely comfortable but are supposedly able to be joined into a larger double bed. However as they are in wooden frames, this leaves a considerable gap in the middle, which is not so comfortable, so we don't even try to do it anymore. This is a minor point and it hasn't and it won't stop us from coming back again.

It was very near the show ground we were going to. The property was in a very quiet location but had public footpaths where we could walk our dogs.
The property was excellent but unfortunately the dishwasher was broken. As I have dogs it would have been nice to have an enclosed bit of garden so they could be off leads.

Pretty much everything! A really excellent accommodation choice with great facilities and superb flexibility that suited our requirements perfectly. No hesitation in giving the highest possible recommendation.
Nothing, but two possible improvement options: Water pressure for showers, but the showers still worked perfectly. Maybe consider a joined double bed option in one room.

We have been here a few times. Highly recommended if needing a stop off in the area (East miss/nott'm) anf wanting to stay somewhere a bit out the way. Very relaxing, great for young families and pets.
Very good set-up, most things thought of/provided for you.
My only minor criticism would be the bathroom (it would be lovely to have a bath), the shower is a bit old/cheap model, not very luxurious, showerhead not great.
Only twin beds. A large king would be better.
It would be nice to find a few basics in the fridge ie water, milk, bread, butter etc.

Essentially the visit was to provide us with beds that enabled us to join in a family get-together in the area. We didn't spend that much time there. The property on the whole is very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge and looking out at the countryside.
I think the bedroom arrangements are limited for couples. There should be at least one double bed and another bedroom with the option to join the single beds together. The separate single beds are very narrow and for someone used to sleeping in a bigger bed, there were a lot of arguments with the single duvet during the night.

There was a small bit of confusion about collecting the keys, there was conflicting information on the listing and on other info I was sent, but all was resolved very easily. Once into the property, our stay was fantastic. The house is so lovely and homely, perfect set up for a group of friends. Very well equipped kitchen, possibly could've done with an extra dish washer tablet when having a full house of seven, but other than that, it was excellent. Very comfy beds, all very clean. So pleased with this place, will be back!
Small confusion with key collection, but resolved quickly!
Could've used an extra dish washer tablet.
Water supply in the upstairs bathroom was a little iffy.

lovely location, lovely house, great space for family time. Great that a cot and high chair were provided. Nice pub within walking distance. the hosts were really helpful with any of our requests.
the shower pressure was not very good, although the water was always hot, and there was not enough toilet roll to last the weekend.

Plenty of space, very clean, and with a large dining table and comfortable seating perfect for friends socialising. Loved that all the beds were single and the two bathrooms were useful and had good showers. Nice big tv was just the job for watching a rugby match. Lovely walks to local pubs and along the river and around a peaceful rural area. Village shop was handy for Saturday night provisions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning a return trip 😀
I'm nit picking but there was no bedside lamp in my room.

We hired two properties for a family birthday. Both were spotless on arrival and well appointed with nice facilities and even some tea, coffee and milk (albeit the milk was in pouches) ready for use. Both properties were warm and cosy with clean towels and bedding provided and there was nothing that was in any way less than perfect. The location was beautifully quiet with a field to exercise the two dogs we took and there was even a separate store of games and 'stuff' for the family to use if required (our two grandchildren made use of the go-karts that were there). All in all book - you will not be disappointed (unless you want to be close to noise and a vibrant town/city, in which case this is NOT for you).
There was nothing that, for us, could be improved.

This is our second visit and enjoyed just as much. The location is quiet, relaxing and lots of walks and places to visit. The cottage is cosy with a garden to sit out. The kitchen has everything even a washing machine.

No breakfast, self catering.
Bokking.com’s description of facilities at Little Tithe bore very little relation to what it actually has.
It had far fewer facilities than Booking.com listed.
It was therefore overpriced campared to similar accommodation for the same week locally.

Loved the location. Rural but very close to beautiful villages of Morton & Fiskerton. Morton has excellent village pub with good food & is 2 mins away. Barn is clean & comfortable with separate good sized kitchen which was a plus. Shower room well presented with decent sized shower. Bedroom is a good size and twin beds are comfy. Lounge area good size with comfy leather sofa. Summing up its a lovely place to stay it just has a couple of negative points that let it down a touch. I would stay again.
Door to bedroom did not shut. Bedroom window (ground floor) looks out onto yard area where people walk past to get to bins (which is noisy with clanking bottles or slamming bin lids when you are in bed at night) or walk past to get to the next door barn so is not very private. Also due to this & fact window latches not the best you can't leave windows open at night for cool air when its hot & stuffy. You have to go out the front door and around the back of the property to get to your outside seating area which is an inconvenience. Plus when people in opposite barn are sat in their patio area you have to pass them to get to your seating area which is a bit intimidating for any shy solo travellers.
