Hotele ısınamadım

Tesis temizdi, havuz yeterli büyüklükte, günlük havlu değişimi, kahvaltıda bol meyve vardı.

Free parking dedikleriotelin arka taraflarında bir yerde bir alana park ediyorsun. Onu da gidip kendin bulmanızı istiyorlar . Kahvaltı tabakları küçük. Sık sık gidip birşey almak zorunda kaliyorsun.

Great hotel stay!

Very clean, amazing interior design, staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool area was superb. The parking was very nice and easy accessible. Breakfast was tasty. Overall out holiday was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

A bit repetitive breakfast choices, but very tasty.

Highly recommend it!

We visited Siena Palace second year in a row and we were as amazed as the first time. Each member of the staff was super friendly and polite. The breakfast was satisfying and delicious. And of course the parking was for sure a plus. The relax zone at the pool and the sauna/jacuzzi were a life saver for the days that were not suitable for the beach. The only thing i would suggest to be improved is the fabric of the umbrellas at the pool as they were ripped at some places and ir ruins, a little bit, the perfect aesthetic of the whole complex. Even with that said, I highly recommend this place to everyone and we will for sure visit it again.

Overall great hotel

Great premises - nice and spacious rooms! Very quite and very clean! Great location as it is very close to the beach and also to the city centre.

Food was not great at all. The only good thing about breakfast was the omelettes. I think a 4 star hotel should provide better products and higher quality. For example, the jam (which really looked more like hard jelly with no sign of fruit in it) and the chocolate was the cheapest possible option you could get on our market. Other than the food, we had a great experience and were very pleased with the hotel.

Absolutely amazing! All staff was so helpful, smiling. Exceptional manager, receptionists, delicious food! Clean room every day! Close to beach! Went for massage and would like to recommend Veselin Stoianov - perfect profesiionalist , knowledgeable, brilliant! Thank you also to the kitchen stuff, and particularly to Elitca- very helpful and wonderful at her duties! Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make us feel welcome and to have beautiful time! Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and well maintened with a lot of amenities

Close to the beach (about 3 mins walking). The staff was very well trained and exceeded my expectations. My birthday happened to be during my stay - we have got a bottle of champagne, complimentary from the hotel - very nice impression. A decent buffet breakfast was included in the price. There are two swimming pools outside and a relax zone. Comfortable bed and clean room. Free car parking area. Parts of the hotel were decorated in a very good looking vintage style.

It was a good overall experience.

Exceptional

A modern, well furnished hotel with spacious rooms and great location, 5 min walk to the beach or the town centre. Great pool and cozy rest area near it. The whole property was extremely clean, very nice atmosphere. Food was delicious, very diverse and tasty. The staff is really friendly, professional and warm welcoming. Overall excellent value for money. We look forward to coming back!

Breakfast was very good. We were lucky to have a room on the quite side, looking towards the street (and not to the pool). Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms, staff was most of the time very helpful (with few little exceptions). The spa lounge area is also quite nice. Overall, we had a very nice stay there.

Just minor things related to staff readiness to attend our needs (i.e. no information about opportunities for Corona test for the airport or that they forgot to organize our laundry for the time we were promised ). Besides that no further complaints.

Everything was fine. Cozy and clean rooms. Quiet and communicative place, near to the beach. Friendly and responsive staff. Nice pool with a quite relax zone. The option to book a parking place was awesome, considering the fact that there are no free parking places in Primorsko. Furthermore, the prices of the room service and the pool bar are affordable.

We were a bit disappointed that part of the staff did not speak Bulgarian neither English, so the communication was a bit hard. Some light notes: the breakfast can be improved, as not everything was delicious and the parking is a bit narrow as well. Also there are no any kind of sensors, so you have to inform the staff that you are going to get in/out of the parking beforehand, in order to open you the door.
