One of the best places in that area to stay

+ Big place for the kids + Pool is large and clean + The beach is very near + Enough parking spots + Friendly staff + Apartments very clean

Enjoy vacation in calm way

Really nice accommodation, beach is close, pool, not so much people around, real calm vacation.

Wifi is not so strong .

It was okay

The garden and the pool were nice and clean. Easy access to a beautiful beach.

The room was a bit rundown. Broken lamps and handles. The kitchen was not well equipped for cooking.

Various suites in a property close to the beach

We were a group of friends, each with their family: some with kids, others without and some travelling solo. We booked different type of rooms in Aelia suites and we really liked the fact that they could accommodate the different needs of each of us. We enjoyed some time at the pool as well as nights at the barbeque and the big table next to it. We really appreciated the complimentary bbq materials that the hosts provided us. The beach is very close the property, probably around 2-3 mins walking. You do need to bring your own umbrella / towels but since we visited late September this was not a issue for us. It was convenient that there is organized parking right next to the property. The rooms themselves were clean and everyone enjoyed the small porches outside each one. In walking distance there is a supermarket which provides some supplies.

While kitchen is equipped we would have liked to have a coffee machine or anything else to make coffees in the morning. Pool bar was not functioning during our stay otherwise we would have used it during the day Mosquitos are an issue int he area, which is to be expected, so some solutions in the room would be nice

Very nice place

More than enough space for my family (2 adults, 1 kid). It had 2 bathrooms which was very useful (no waste of time waiting for a free bathroom e.g. when getting ready for evening walk/ dinner.) Nice to have both a balcony and veranda. The beach is across the street. In front of the house is free, we saw a beach bar a little further but preferred to stay closer. All the necessary kitchen utensils are available. You can cook in the apartment or on the barbecue. It was quite cold in the evenings but the AC did their job and we felt warm enough (especially upstairs). There is a kid’s section in the pool. The parking is a step away. The Wi-Fi was good.

Perfect Stay

Everything was perfect, the rooms very beautiful and clean, great pool, very friendly host…. Very nice beaches and restaurants around the corner… we highly recommand it!

One of the better options in Sykia

This is a relatively new place and it shows, esp. in Sykia where high quality residences are not common. Some points of interest: - the decoration is modern and simple but very ice and the room was impeccably clean; the bathroom was spacious and in excellent condition. - despite having a pool (and a lot of families with kids), the place was very quiet till late morning - there was a nice breeze coming through the back window- we didn't use the A/C despite the high heat. - value for money is probably good compared to other places nearby and given the quality and condition of the apartment.

- The room and esp. the pool area 'look' a lot larger in the pictures and we were a bit disappointed in that sense when we arrived - there are a lot of mosquitos in the area - I would suggest adding the repellant device in each apartment and maybe some lotion. - one of the windows had practically no curtain and let in most of the morning sun, so I had to put on a night mask to continue my sleep.

Very pleasant stay at Aelia suites

Amazing property, very nice and clean apartment and great outdoors. It’s a family/ kids friendly place which made our stay super relaxing.
