very friendly stuff, amazing view.
Matratze auf dem Schlafsofa schmerzhaft, Matratze im Doppelbett sehr weich und geräuschvoll.

We loved the big balcony with a beautiful view. It was so nice having breakfast delivered every morning. The house was roomy and comfortable with floor to ceiling windows to view the rainforest and wildlife. Alexandria helped with taxis and restaurant menu. Very peaceful staying there.
The driveway is very steep, but I just put the car in low gear, and it was fine. Shower tiles slippery, but I just put a towel down to step on.

Access is very steep and narrow for cars.

Amazing location and wonderful accommodation. Place was clean with comfortable beds, and equipped kitchen.
Distance from town could be an issue if you don't have your own transportation, we rented a car and did not have a problem.

I wouldn’t recommend paying for the breakfast as options are limited to eggs.

The views were beautiful, the living space was clean, had a fully furnished kitchen, dehumidifier, and the complimentary breakfast was lovely as well. We were completely comfortable during our stay, enjoyed some tv at night and used the fresh coffee grounds gifted to us. 10/10 would recommend.

We loved everything about the Coffee Estate Inn. The cottages are so spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. Plenty of privacy. Beautiful birds and the gardens are spectacular! The hosts Brian and his wife are wonderful. The breakfast is so fresh and cooked to perfection and the coffee is fresh roasted! 5 minutes from downtown and great restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!
We liked everything!

The location is fantastic, the staff are absolutely fantastic and very welcoming, the room is gorgeous with great amenities (coffee maker, mini- fridge, microwave), the wildlife is great (birds, squirrels and a land animal I cannot identify). The owners are wonderful and can offer some great restaurant recommendations- Delgusto and The Rock. You need to check out The Rock even for just a cocktail - the outside fire pit and river are beautiful.

A little off the beaten path, this is a hidden gem is just a stone’s throw from the town centre - literally, you could probably throw a stone and hit the town below.
Arriving at the property we were greeted by the owner, Brian, who is super helpful and friendly. The driveway is very steep as this is a true working coffee plantation - but don’t worry, there’s plenty of room to manoeuvre once you reach the casitas below.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite but all of the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. i especially liked the travel motivated inspirations that were painted about the room. like, “Say YES to adventures”
The room was spotless and had a kitchenette and large terrace overlooking the Boquete valley and the smoky mountains looming above. Fantastic views from here! we had a wrap around view of mountains on one side and rainforest on the other. We even had a great view from the shower! (pic included)
They also provide a very good breakfast that is brought directly to you room. And the coffee, as you might expect, is delicious.
Nearby there are so many of the area attractions, like The Three Waterfalls and the Pipeline Trail. as well as great dining and shopping.
All around this property delivers what they say. Great rooms with great views and a very helpful and friendly owners!
Thank you Brian for your hospitality!
The road to the property is a bit rough - but once you reach the gates it’s privately maintained.

Owners were friendly and very helpful with organizing activities for us. The view was fantastic but the steep driveway to get into the grounds was a bit scary.
Breakfast was prompt but delivered in polystyrene containers which was definitely off putting. Room was clean but many little aspects needed attention such as broken screens and broken blinds.

The location was beautiful. The breakfast was basic, but good. Would stay again, but would be a little more prepared with water and snacks.
It was a little further from food and stores, so we had to take a cab every where.
The only other downside was the hill; I guess we should have expected.

- Great Location with a fantastic view
- Safe and secure location
- Room clean and tidy
- Freshly ground coffee supplied every day.
No pet policy but owners have 2 dogs, which barked from 7:30am and sporadically throughout the day. Hard to enjoy the "Peace and Tranquility' of the property. No apology when we complained they advertise a `no pet policy` so we did not expect to be woken and disturbed on vacation by barking dogs. In fact, when we finally met him, he was offensive, rude, and confrontational. They told us we could move to another lodge but only for 3 nights of our 6 night stay, then we would have to move again. We declined as we did not want to pack up and keep moving around.
- Received an invoice on the 2nd morning but found they had already taken payment from our booking credit card with no discussion or agreement if that was the card we wanted to use. Their policy states `payment on departure`. We sent a message questioning that this was actually a receipt and not an invoice and we were somewhat upset they took payment with no warning or agreement. Whats App messages are the only way to communicate.
- Owners subsequently banged on our door without notice, Brian was not earring a mask, despite their own mask policy. Brian was aggressive, rude, hostile and insulting and lied about apologizing for the barking dogs and what his message offered regarding alternative accommodation. We offered to show him his message which he declined to do. They later admitted it did say the alternative accommodation was only for a couple of nights then we would have to move back. Brian suggested we were serial complainers trying to get money off our trip, (we have never behaved like that and were extremely insulted), My wife was in tears most of the day and the experience with this owner totally ruined our stay.
- Brian’s responses were `if you are not happy, you can leave` ( Good luck finding in either finding anywhere else or getting money back, especially as it was over New Year holiday) No attempt at all to understand our issues.

The property is absolutely beautiful! It’s a wonder land of tropical plants & birds 🦋🦜🌺
The bungalows are superb w/ stunning views of Vulcan Baru from your living room & porch.
You can walk the grounds or just take it all in from the comfort of your bungalow. They have a nice kitchenette & I would recommend stocking up in town on your favorite foods so you don’t have to go to town to eat all the time. That being said, they have a number of taxi drivers at hand that take you wherever you want to go 😎
Brian & Dayanara are wonderful hosts & I couldn’t recommend them more🌬🥂
This a wonderful place to really feel the spirit of Boquete 🎊🌈🌞

The property is nice. I booked a two bedroom house with a living room, balcony, 2 baths, fridge, sink, and microwave. It did include cutlery, and some wine glasses and coffee mugs. But there were no napkins, nor paper towels nor a sponge (but it included dishwashing soap). I think that should be included if you have utensils (that one wishes to wash before using) and napkins if you have plates (they were not included with the breakfast either). The balcony sliding door could use a screen so it could be kept open to get some fresh air inside and keep out bugs or worse (since there is no a/c).
lack of a screen for the balcony door. Between the options nearby I booked there because I did not want a "hotel room" but I wanted the access to dining at night at the property. And the description of the property at booking.com it read "Guests can dine in the in-house restaurant serves a variety of American dishes." But that was never offered, did not see a menu, and perhaps with Covid restrictions that is no longer the case but it was not updated. But I think that just as breakfast, some basic things should be offered as well.
