Angegbenes Restaurant sollte bis 22.00 Uhr geoeffnet sein. War aber schon um 21.00 Uhr geschlossen !

praktisch durch die gute lage zum zentrum, allerdings werden wir jetzt nach alternativen suchen

wir waren zum dritten mal im gästehaus. die lage ist hervorragend. die zimmer sind groß. das rezeptionspersonal ist freundlich. parkmöglichkeiten am wochendende kostenfrei in unmittelbarer nähe gegeben.

das gästehaus ist inzwischen in die jahre gekommen. das sieht man der ausstattung auch an. teilweise gibt es in den zimmern keinen kühlschrank oder tresor mehr. kleiderbügel sind auch mangelware. die geister scheiden sich am frühstück. das gästehaus hat keine eigene frühstücksversorgung. das frühstück wird von dem inhaber des italienischen restaurants im obersten Stock ausgestattet. gemessen an der zahl der zimmer ist der frühstücksbereich sehr begrenzt und man wird platziert. nicht immer an guten stellflächen für die tische - man kann durchaus auch einen tisch in der ecke hinter einer gardine zugewiesen bekommen. der umgangston ist auch nicht immer freundlich. das frühstück selbst ist von durchschnittlicher qualität. hervorzuheben ist der kaffee - der sticht positiv hervor.

Sehr netter Empfang, Motorrad durfte kostenlos am Haus abgestellt werden. Frühstück ( im 4. Stock mit großer Dach Terrasse) war sehr lecker.

Guest house with large and well-equiped rooms and good wifi close to the university

Very nice and large and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is also close to the university (well, close to some buildings of the university; the other end of the campus it's a bit further away, of course). Good wifi access via eduroam, hence particularly good for business travellers from universities and research institutes with access to eduroam. Plenty of parking available directly out front at no charge.

Minor issue: Most rooms are equipped with a fridge but some are not. There's no way to tell if you will get a room with or without fridge. This may be an issue if you are staying multiple days and bring food (there are not many restaurants in the immediate area), especially in summer.

A great hotel near the university and tram station

The rooms are spacious and they have the essentials you need for a stay including tv, fridge and a desk for work. The parking is also spacious and costs only 8 euro per night. The staffs are very kind and helpful too.

The breakfast needs to be better and with more variety of items and fresher baked breads.

nice front desk, nice hausmeister, location is not far from bus and tram station.

rooms need renovation. almost everything is old there were no amenities you would expect for that money and for a three star hotel.

Very nice stay super breakfast

very clean great breakfasts. comfortable bedding easy on street parking. staff went out of her way to facilitate a lost key after hours and helped us gain entrance to our motel room.

Size of the room & location are simply great and very convenient for us, ample free parking opportunities on the road, good price, really an hotel to recommend

Small technical problems with shower and bed but they were resolved quickly after addressing them so no big issue

Very clean and quiet location

The room was very spacious and comfortable - it almost felt like an apartment, rather than a hotel room. The neighborhood was very quiet (not close to tourist sites). Staff was friendly and helpful. Available parking on the street. Found a great restaurant, "Homage" that was close, delicious and had great ambiance.

The Italian restaurant that was suppose to be open, was closed. We had to drive to have dinner.
