Not the best …

Was in a lovely location that was about it.

It wasn’t worth 800euro for 3nights .. the cushions were dirty.. The spa is just a little hot tube down stairs, we thought we would have a balcony we didn’t.. the room was so small .. when you went to the toilet the other person can see you through the glass door .. the towels never got replaced once .. we had the same towels for 3days .. I wouldn’t rate it as a 5star …

Good location in walking distance to the old town Very friendly staff Nice rooms with good storage space

"Spa" is a bit misleading - just a jacuzzi Free parking approx. 600 meters away No breakfast. Hot water availability limited (low water pressure)

A very relaxing experience!

Very beautiful rooms and decor. Hot tub area very relaxing!

Would be good to have a “do not disturb” hanger for door if you want a lie in the morning. The rooms are definitely not “soundproofed” as mentioned, could hear word for word the conversations going on above the bed through the vent in the ceiling. Would have been good to have been given notice about spa not being available (only could use on last day of stay!). As this was one of the main reasons I booked this accommodation!

Great spot, could use a dehumidifyer

The space is beautiful and the location is so central!

I didn't like that the spa was sooooo close to being considered warm. I felt like after a few moments of being in the water I was no longer warm - if it was kept even slightly more warm I would have been over the moon!

this is not an hotel ! you rent a room in a charming village house

very well placed for visiting la Ciutadella! décoration was very nice- bathroom large.

misleading advertising: it’s not an hotel, you are renting 1 room in a 3 bedroom little charming village house. no assistance, only a phone to call in case of need. the lady is 30 minutes far away. we were locked out of our room and had to wait 30 minutes for her to arrive. (good we had our phone in the hands!) it’s expensive paying for this service. we rented the standard room, which is almost impossible for a couple to live in so small it is. no comments on the fact that toilet has only a curtain …no door!

Chic boutique in great location

Very chic, modern and clean. Excellent service and the hostess was hospitable and helpful. Amazing shower.

The rooms were as advertised but very very small! So I think value for money was slightly below what we expected.

This place is magical. The facilities are fantastic and it is a very romantic place. They have very comfortable beds. For us it is a 10 out of 10! We will come back. Thank you!
