Dentro de las espectativas está bien

Me encanto el trato de todo el personal sobre todo el de pedro el cocinero !

No es que no me gustara es una crítica constructiva el desayuno el primer día estaba más o menos bien , había mucho dulce para mi gusto , aunque eche de menos un poco más de tortilla o huevos revueltos y sobre todo en alguna fuente que conserve el calor ya que no me gusta calentar la comida en el microondas faltaba un poco más de variedad de queso algo de jamón y el zumo de naranja podría ser natural ya que es un sitio pequeño y no importa hicieran mucho dado la capacidad del “hostal” ! Y en general bastante limpio aunque las toallas el primer día olían a humedad el segundo día que nos las cambiaron estaban bien , Las instalaciones en general bien muy limpio ! Y por lo demás más o menos bien , estuvimos cómodos tiene aire acondicionado El sitio si vas sin coche es perfecto si vas con coche tienes que caminar 10 mints porque el aparcamiento es hyper complicado !!

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Nou Sant Antoni war enttäuschend.

Die zentrale Lage in einem sanierten Altbau in der Altstadt von Ciutadella hat mir gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet in einem großzügigen Saal im Obergeschoss hatte ein reichhaltiges Obstangebot.

Das gebuchte Zimmer Sant Antoni im Erdgeschoss war von der Straße gut einsehbar und eher dunkel. Das Badezimmer war feucht. Es gab an manchen Tagen vereinzelt kleine Ameisen im Zimmer.

Séjour d'une nuit au coeur de la vieille ville

La boutique hôtel est très bien située dans le coeur de la vieille ville.

Notre chambre n'avait pas d'isolation phonique, nous entendions tous les bruits de la rue et de l' intérieur de l'hôtel ! et de plus la nuit, nos 2 fenêtres donnaient sur un réverbère qui éclairait toute la chambre !!! l'occultation était quasi nulle ....

Una cel·lebració que va acabar en malson

Per culpa d’una situació particular d’urgència del propietari, no poguerem entrar a l’establiment ni a l’habitació, i vàrem haver d’estar al carrer amb les maletes fins a les 22,30 de la nit. Per molt comprensible que fos el cas, el propietari no va ser capaç d’entendre la indefensió nostra fins al punt de discutir de manera desagradable la nostra queixa i haver estat incapaç d’oferir una alternativa o solució per evitar-nos passar tant de temps sense habitació.

Hotel de ensueño!!

El hotel es precioso. Los empleados son encantadores y la ubicación es perfecta. Nosotros aparcábamos en el ayuntamiento y pagábamos un poco de la zona azul. Lo único que eché en falta fue un espejo de cuerpo entero. Por lo demás, un 10 y repetiremos segurísimo!!!

Not a boutique hotel

The location is perfect if you think about moving around the citadella.

Don’t say you are a boutique hotel if you aren’t. The parking absence is an issue, we have to go over the city looking for a place to park. The room has too much humidity and your clothes won’t dry, a big issue if you are in a beach where you will get wet all days. They could offer a heating system to dry clothes and towels. The towels aren’t white as expected from the basic of hospitality and specially for a boutique hotel. They don’t change the towels even if they are very wet and smelling bad, you will have to put them on the floor everyday if you want them to be changed, because of the humidity we had to do it everyday as they won’t be dry.

Man muss sich über die Nachteile eines Stadthotels im klaren sein

Zentrale Lage in Ciutadella Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, leider entsprechen die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss nicht den Fotos im Angebot, die Fenster liegen zur Seitengasse oder sogar zur Front ( Fußgängerzone), die Zimmer liegen etwas tiefer als die Gasse , daher ist die Fensterbank über 1,50 m über dem Fußboden, man kann die Fensterläden auch nicht offenlassen weil dann jeder Passant ins Zimmer schauen kann. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Kellerwohnung Das angebotene Frühstück ist ok, aber nichts hervorragendes.

Do not go. I don’t know how blog can propose this hotel. It was one of my worst stay.

The hotel is well decorated and in the center of ciutadella

Most of the rooms are in ground floor, and they look like caves. No natural light. Small windows, that you cannot open because otherwise all the people in the street will see you. Humidity that will stick to your bones and Smell of humidity everywhere. The breakfast is not made with fresh products. Jam, charcuteries, cheese, croissants all is frozen or from bad quality supermarket. The hotel owner scared us, saying we didn’t have to tell the entry code, that we should cover our hand when we do the entry code, that the door needed to be locked… i wash very shocked.

Just wonderful even before we got there the staff was so helpful.

The room was impeccable, and air conditioned had all the amenities needed and was just beautiful to stay in with its high ceilings.

Authentic building in the heart of Ciutadella with modern amenities

Gorgeous little property right in the centre of the Ciutadella old town. Despite being right next to everything the walls are nice and thick so there wasn’t any street noise. Stunning bathrooms.

A great locality with caring staff, double check the actual room you are booking matches the photos.

The location was brilliant- right in the centre of Ciutadella. The room was fantastically clean and the staff wonderfully helpful and friendly. They texted us before we arrived with details of the closest free car park as they are in a walking zone.

Our main cause of disappointment was that the pictures of our room did not match the pictures we'd been sent after booking and prior to arrival. There was no natural light in the room (there was a high up window onto a side street), something we would never have booked had we known. The staff were very disappointed at our disappointment and were super helpful in our move to another place. We tried the hotel breakfast once and given the plethora of places on the doorstep to have wonderful pastries, coffee, sandwiches- we were glad we had not included breakfast in our booking.

a pleasant stay however would not stay in this hotel again

the location was very central to the historic area however our room was very noisy the owner was very amenable the room was very well decorated and comfortable and the bathroom was very large with walk in shower

it was more like a bed and breakfast as there were no facilities other than a terrace at the back. the breakfast was very basic and when requested a boiled egg was told that the kitchen was not able to deal with this was woken every morning at 2 am when the rubbish lorry came right outside the room as we were on the ground floor it was very noisy

Beautiful !

Great staff, great room and beautiful building. LOVELY room we had with beautiful bath and shower. Very clean and everything we needed.

Breakfast was quick basic but still lovely.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of the old town of Ciutadella

The room is beautiful, the bathroom very stylish, the heater works well. The location is great at the center. I really appreciate how Pedro had wellcome me, explaining sith maps where to park my car.

I didn’t like the taste and the color of the tap water wondering if it was drinkable.
