Mattresses are awful and very old you can tell from the curve in the mattress

Exceptional

The best stay in Tbilisi so far! Everything is great for the long stay: the location, the facilities, the soundproof. The apartment has a really nice design. Is also has everything what you may need: a washing machine, a microwave, a hairdryer, a stovetop. Every room has an air conditioner and TV. The apartment placed near the metro station. So, it is extremely convinient to stay in.

Bigger than normal, fit for a big family!

The owners are an amazing couple, they are very kind, and always there if you need them. The location and shops are very near, old city center is very close

The place, even after cleaning wasn't clean.

great stay and value for money

The flat itself has everything you need to feel comfortable and is located in a very good location. one of the bedroom has stunning city view. We traveled in October it was a bit cold outside but inside the apartment there was a spilt in each room which warmed up the room so quickly. the overall experience of staying at this place was great and it will be our option if we travel to Tbilisi again.

The only bad thing about this apartment was the building. when you enter from the street, the building and the stairs to the flat was so old and not clean. but once you get inside the flat everything is great.

I would stay there again.

The owner and staff were very supportive and quick with communications and responses.

The property was very convenient near the metro, restaurants, stores and banks. it had all the features we needed and wanted.

Location is good.

Bathrooms were not attached to the rooms and very small. Hot water in the bathrooms were erratic and kept changing from very hot to cold and vice versa during the course of the shower. This was very annoying. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the lift has tiny space, almost claustrophobic.

The big space, the warmth and very accommodating approach of the contact person

This the best area but a little costly compare to other branch, but the area is fantastic
